We stayed at this hotel, clean, cozy, located 5 minutes from the airport, shops nearby, everything is within walking distance. The cleanest bed, it already crunches, and what snow-white towels that smell very delicious. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff. I would love to return to that hotel and to the beautiful city of Dushanbe, thank you for your hospitality!

A good hotel, if desired, you can walk from the airport. Located on the 14th floor, it has its own separate elevator. The courteous and friendly staff helps with solving all the issues that arise. Breakfast is a buffet, a good range of food. The only downside for me was a very uncomfortable bed.

Excellent hotel, well-maintained. There is everything nearby, shops, cafes. The hotel staff will help you solve any issue with SIM cards, money exchange, prompt and help. They will meet and escort you at the airport as the President. I recommend it!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and did not lose. There is a shuttle service if necessary, but you can even walk. We were taken from the airport to the hotel, then at the departure we were taken to the airport. The rooms are clean, everything is there - towels, personal hygiene products. Hot water is always available and without problems. There is air conditioning, which is especially important in summer. A small refrigerator. We could see the mountains from our room, which made me very happy. There is also an outdoor terrace with a view of the city. By the way, breakfast is included in the room rate, there is a buffet on the ground floor. There are also public transport stops nearby. We did not regret that we stopped, we liked everything

We stayed at this hotel from 07/17/2022 to 07/21/2022. Only warm and kind memories remain.
The hotel is located a 5-minute taxi ride from Dushanbe Airport, on the 14th floor of a new residential building. The ascent to the floor is organized by a separate modern elevator.
The hotel arranged for us a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and upon departure to the airport.
We arrived at the hotel at about 7 a.m. and, although check-in at the hotel is officially at 12.00, we were immediately checked in.
Since the hotel is very new, all the furniture is new: two single spacious beds, bedside tables, a wardrobe (with a free safe), a table with a mirror, a table, an armchair. There is also a mini fridge.
They cleaned every day and very carefully.
I was pleasantly surprised by the location on the floor of the outdoor terrace, on which there is a bar with bar stools, tables and chairs for relaxing. There is a beautifully decorated dastarkhan where you can smoke a hookah, spend time with an interlocutor and drink tea. Tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be ordered for a fee. During the day and in the evening, the terrace offers beautiful views of the city and the mountains.
Minuses:
-the mini-refrigerator practically does not freeze, the effect of "slightly cool" is created,
-hot water disappeared in the room for a short time two evenings, after contacting the reception, the problem disappeared,
-the water in the toilet flushing barrel takes too long after application.
Overall, the impressions of the hotel are very good: the hotel team has created comfortable living conditions for us. The staff solved any problems that arose, and also answered all questions. Thanks to the staff of the Ayni Hotel, after traveling through several countries of the world, we experienced the concept of "oriental hospitality" for ourselves.
