Great location, lake view room with balcony, rooms are cozy and clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are good.

Convenient location, clean, excellent cleaning. Breakfast with panoramic view. When we arrived, there was a road repair, so it spoiled the view a little, but it doesn't matter at all.
Funicular, stadium , railway station, bus stop, villas, all within walking distance. Location 5 out of five!
Everyone is hospitable and helpful. Thanks!

According to our concepts - quite, the rooms are large, clean, linen is changed every day, towels are new, terry, large, plumbing is good, perfectly clean, only the two-tap system in both the sink and the bathroom is annoying. The bathroom is also spacious. Everything is clean and pretty inside. Downstairs there is a bar with average prices, prosecco is poured. If you take the right room, with a view of the lake and a balcony (we had no balcony), then in general - beauty. The mooring of the boats took about three minutes without hurrying. It looks so-so from the outside, but I don't care. Breakfast is not bad, delicious scramble, grilled vegetables, bacon and some awesome meat sausages. The coffee to order is excellent, the slicing is three types of decent cheese, delicious, salami, turkey and ham, full of all sorts of pies and croissants
