I wanted to put an average between 3 and 4 stars in the rating. Among the advantages: lots of places, fast elevators,polite staff, clean rooms, spacious rooms, delicious food in the restaurant, live music in the evening, location-close to the center. Among the disadvantages: the old room stock, for example, in the hotel in Mosty,the interior is newer and whole, there is no hair dryer in the bathtub, the sewer has a slight smell, the room is cool (early December), the restaurant staff serves slowly. It's fine for an overnight stay, without bias.

It seems to be not bad, clean, there is soap and shower gel in the bathroom, the whole location is close to pedestrian streets. It was cold in my room (fortunately, there is a blanket in the closet for such a case).
I don't really like it because of the nervous, unfriendly staff at breakfast. Perhaps it was our group that was unlucky, and it was just the way the circumstances of the employees turned out.
There is a small selection of dishes, but the hotel does not have many stars. So in general, it's okay if you don't go for a long time and not for the sake of soft feather beds, a gorgeous view from the window and a VIP lobby

Nice clean hotel in the city center. Convenient location from the main attractions. The rooms are small. The reception staff is polite but indifferent. We booked certain rooms for a large group, but upon arrival we were not booked, and half of the single rooms were refused. The impression was ruined, the sediment remained.

A hotel in the center of Brest. The embankment near the Mukhovets River is 150 meters away, Sovetskaya pedestrian street is 600 meters away. Corresponds to ⭐️⭐ ️ . The buffet is quite 8.5/10. Lobby bar, restaurant 8/10. Fresh pastries 10/10. Everything is always fresh. It's nice to sit in the lobby and chat with friends, no one bothers, it's quiet, cozy.

We settled after 12 nights in the only available standard room with separate beds. The room is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. I would prefer better beds, but the standard is the standard. The staff is polite. When making out the room, a Pole drove up, asked for help with settling in another hotel, the administrator, making sure that everything was fine with me, helped him. In the morning, we slept through breakfast time from 8 to 10 . The restaurant staff was tidying up and preparing for lunch, but they found us a table and fed us a delicious pork breakfast. We are happy with both the hotel and the restaurant. I recommend. But it is better to book the room in advance.

The room is clean and spacious.

I highly recommend the massage room, which is located on the territory of the hotel on the 3rd floor of room 327, the most wonderful place for relaxation and comfort, to relieve tension after a long trip and a long flight and a long walk through beautiful Brest!

We stayed in a 2-bed room.Clean, cozy, large room with soft beds, air conditioning, refrigerator,TV, it was a pity there was no hair dryer.

I stayed one night as part of the tour, the hotel was booked by the tour operator. Advantages: close location to the pedestrian street and the embankment, convenient, large hotel, hearty buffet breakfasts. Cons: room 834, we checked in on the evening of 08/26/2024, despite the fact that the window to the courtyard was noisy at night from bikers, the room was stuffy, there was no air conditioner, I would like at least a fan for such high temperatures, there was no refrigerator, the TV was showing through the drizzle and the sound was rustling. In general, I didn't need a refrigerator or a TV, but as a fact, there may be problems for longer-term residents

The exterior and interior condition are very different, the hotel looks quite respectable externally, we lived on the 8th floor, the room stock is very old, the sockets are filled with furniture, there were 3 sockets for 3 rooms, but since the batteries were barely warm, we had to use 1 outlet with a heater, the floors were icy. The toilet was wobbling, which I reported to the reception during the eviction, I hope they will fix it. The girl at the reception was even a little sorry, because at one time there was a big check-in, and everyone demanded that she fix the inconveniences, so I would like to draw the attention of the management. We had only 2 beds in our room for 3 people, after contacting us, they just brought 1 set of linen and towels to the room, no one made up, there is no hairdryer in the room.

I stayed on May 24-26. A nice hotel near the waterfront. Friendly staff, quick check-in, the room is spacious. The room has a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. Of the minuses, they gave a disposable soap for two days, a bag of shampoo and a bag of shower gel, there is no hair dryer, there is no foot towel, and the tile is very slippery. There are also no spoons and forks in the room, there are only glasses and cups. There is a cooler on the floor, bottled water, a tap with hot and cold water.
The breakfasts at the hotel are hearty, according to the type of a customized menu. There is a lobby bar.

A hotel in the center of Brest. The pedestrian zone is within walking distance. Corresponds to 2 stars. There is no hair dryer in the room. There is soap, shower gel, shampoo. The plumbing is normal. The buffet is quite decent. The street is not noisy, it's okay to sleep at night with the windows open. It is unusual and unpleasant for Russians that their passport is taken away for a long time during registration. I had to demand and wait. Going out into the city in a foreign country without a passport is uncomfortable.

A decent hotel! It is quite cozy and comfortable in the rooms, very comfortable furniture and a spacious bathroom. Clean and calm. A very modest hotel. It was part of a package tour that we purchased to see Belarus.
The room is tiny, but thank God it didn't stink like in the previous hotel. Everything is based on snot, as they say... I mean the bathroom. But the Internet was working in the room, which was just a gift compared to the other hotel. The room was cool enough, the reception provided a heater and a hairdryer (also very nice).
If we were traveling on our own, we wouldn't stop here. Even for one night. After all, I want comfort in everything after long walks around the city!

The hotel is conveniently located, 10 minutes to the main street at a leisurely pace. Of course, it is necessary to go to the fortress, far away. The hotel itself is quite simple, but very clean-both the room and the bed linen are fresh and the bathroom is very clean. The audibility is strong, but we were lucky, the noise calmed down before 11 pm. I liked it at the restaurant tomorrow. The staff in the restaurant and in the hotel itself is as friendly as possible. The hotel is conveniently located for guests of the city. There are excellent shops nearby and the street where the famous lamplighter works. We were a little unlucky with hot water: there was a period of crimping in this part of the city. But this did not spoil the pleasant impression of the city, the hotel and the residents.

Unnecessarily expensive. The door to the room is just made of paper, you can hear everything! The hallway is dark, the lights are off - to find the room, you need to go with a flashlight. We lived in a superior room - there are no slippers, for the first time we met with such a thing. When we checked into the room, we found dirt in the closet, and we couldn't put our bags in. Two (!) shifts at the reception were told about this, with a request to remove it - there was zero reaction. Among the advantages: a comfortable, good mattress, excellent quality linens, two good blankets. Good breakfasts in the hotel restaurant - special thanks for the pancakes.

Overall, the room was nice, tidy, it was a little stuffy because there was no air conditioning, but you can still put up with it. There was also no hair dryer and kettle.
But there was a spider in the bathroom.. He couldn't get on his clothes or through the window. I found it the next day in the afternoon, we checked in late in the evening, after all, we cleaned before our arrival and it is unclear how this happened. They reported this, to which they received a response in the style of "what can I do?" and to the question "what is it in general, they answered "nature".

It's a terrible hotel, although it can't even be called a hostel! The whole room was dirty, there were dents on the walls, the baseboards were falling off, many furniture was broken, the TV remote control did not have a power button, there was no lock in the bathroom, although other rooms have it, terrible noise insulation, every rustle in the hallway is audible. A cockroach was also spotted in our room. Despite the good location, the hotel has no other advantages.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. I was satisfied with everything. A good hotel. The room is renovated, comfortable, comfortable. For those who like to walk near the Francisco Skaryna embankment, Sovetskaya St. (there is a monument to the lamplighter) and the Alley of Lanterns. Not a bad budget hotel, with old furniture, meager breakfasts and insufficient towels per guest. But in general, it was comfortable to live here, despite the minor drawbacks. Very friendly staff, even at 7 a.m. in the restaurant at full boarding, the girls very smartly served breakfast, while smiling and fulfilling the requests of the guests to the maximum. We had room 809 on the 8th floor, the view from the window is gorgeous, the room itself is spacious, there is a refrigerator and a large TV, there was not enough kettle and hair dryer. The check-in took place very quickly, despite the fact that a group of about 50 people stopped by. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is also perfectly clean and ironed. I definitely recommend spending the night for a short period!
