The hotel in the Yandex Travel photo does not match the real dumpster with another building. I am attaching a photo. I booked a room from your app and the photos are different (there's a red and white theme, and the hotel building is completely different, I sent the screenshots earlier). The room was given with mold and an unmade toilet with blood clots on the floor in the shower and the linen was all in pellets for such extra charges and money! The jars are not filled with shower gel, but with water, which is not washable - they also changed the type. Avoid this place. Support is not responding!!!
