It is located in a beautiful place in Tbilisi, in a beautiful city. Hospitable hosts, courteous staff. Breakfast at the hotels (it was very tasty. salads, khachapuri, tea, coffee, everything is enough for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were met by the hotel owner himself at the train station, and the hotels were treated to wine. Our room had a view of the city center, the Mother of Georgia, and the night view was fabulous. Thank you, I recommend it!!!

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel.The owners of the hotel, Timur and his wife are very sincere people! They always greet us like family! The hotel is located in a very convenient location: a quiet area, near the metro, not far from the center, there is Parking. There is a small market in the neighborhood and many different cafes. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a dining room with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, where you can sit with friends in the evening. I definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

A wonderful place for your money. It's more like a big guest house. According to the cost, as I wanted in Russia. But here we had a separate room with separate beds with its own shower and toilet. Very hospitable hosts and very polite. They speak Russian perfectly. They helped with the orientation of the terrain. There is a place to wash and iron things in the house. The area may not seem very good at first, but in fact it is almost the center.
