It is located in a beautiful place in Tbilisi, in a beautiful city. Hospitable hosts, courteous staff. Breakfast at the hotels (it was very tasty. salads, khachapuri, tea, coffee, everything is enough for breakfast. Upon arrival, we were met by the hotel owner himself at the train station, and the hotels were treated to wine. Our room had a view of the city center, the Mother of Georgia, and the night view was fabulous. Thank you, I recommend it!!!

The location is excellent, that's all the advantages. Room number, I'm afraid to call it dark, small, cold. The air conditioner is dirty, there is one outlet for both the TV and the air conditioner, decide for yourself what is needed. There is no shower in the usual sense, there is a drain in the floor and a hose with a sprayer. Terrible spiral staircase to the 3rd floor.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this hotel.The owners of the hotel, Timur and his wife are very sincere people! They always greet us like family! The hotel is located in a very convenient location: a quiet area, near the metro, not far from the center, there is Parking. There is a small market in the neighborhood and many different cafes. The rooms are clean and cozy. There is a dining room with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, where you can sit with friends in the evening. I definitely recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!
