The hotel is a nice, clean, cozy room, mostly designed for European tourists.It has a convenient location with access to the main street, but you can't open the window -it's noisy, and the cooling in the room is incredibly loud.Breakfast is only served if you don't eat much.The room is very dark, there is no general lighting, there was often a smell of sewage from the toilet, and smoking, the neighbors were probably smoking in the toilet.Plus, they call a taxi at the hotel and you pay at the reception right away, they deliver you quickly, without cheating.Location in the center,near the tram line,3 stops to the Hagia Sophia mosque, or 5-7 minutes on foot. If you don't sit in the room, then it's a very decent budget hotel.👍

A wonderful hotel in Istanbul! The staff is attentive, caring, and speak Russian. Cleaning daily without reminders. The room is clean, newly renovated, premium bed linen. The breakfast is decent. I recommend it!

We had a rest in April 2025, the room is a 3-bed standard.A great, cozy, clean hotel. Located near the tram stop and metro station, the staff is friendly. The room was nice and clean, and the cleaning was done every day. The windows faced the courtyard, so there was silence. The breakfasts are excellent, lots of local pastries, honey in honeycombs. Someone wrote that the breakfasts were monotonous, we were there for 7 days, everything was delicious. We had to go to the airport at 4 a.m., the receptionist called a taxi, and we got there in 30 minutes. We had a wonderful vacation experience

I liked the hotel very much, it is located on a busy avenue, but the room is completely quiet with the window closed. The staff is friendly, they changed towels every day and put fresh bottled water in the refrigerator. The breakfast is not varied, but it is very good - you will not stay hungry. Great hotel

The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, premium bed linen, beautiful interior. The room stock is a little tired, you can think about a repair. The room was cleaned efficiently every day. Water every day. Breakfast for a solid three. The decoration of the dishes is very beautiful, there were no meat and fish dishes, I do not consider chicken as meat. The pastries were very tasty. We occupied a suite room with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. We went out on our terrace and admired the beauty of Istanbul!! This is a big plus. Convenient location. We walked to the main attractions with a lot of walking! There is no pool, the declared hammam was not visited due to the dense excursion program.

When I first found myself at the Turkish airport, I confess, I was confused and decided to contact the hotel administrator via Whatsapp to inform him of my excitement and request to send a taxi for me... And what do you think? Immediately a text message arrives on my phone: Don't worry, a taxi has been sent for you! When I arrived at the hotel, I found out the name of the receptionist, it's Nurettin! Even while in the taxi, he sent me encouraging words several more times that the most comfortable room was waiting for me at the hotel. And the room really pleasantly impressed me with its comfort and cleanliness! And for that, I say a big thank you to the hotel employee Leila. Moreover, on all days of staying in the room, linen and towels were changed regularly by her, she brought fresh water every morning, as well as all the necessary toiletries. You can talk about breakfast at the hotel for an endless time and all because any dish here is delicious! The guest of the hotel is Galina Blagadyr. 2023

The hotel more than justifies its 4 stars. It caused only positive emotions. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, everything worked, all necessary supplies were and were updated on time. At the reception, the staff speak Russian, English, and helped with all the questions that they asked very quickly, with a good human attitude. In general, a good hotel for this money!
