The hotel is great. There were some shortcomings, but the staff solved them. Well, you need to keep track of prices and receipts from restaurants.
But the rooms are beautiful, clean, the pool and the garden with apricots are good. I definitely liked this place.
(and Maria is a good administrator, she can quickly solve all organizational issues and if something does not work, or the maid forgets to come, etc.)

We spent a couple of days in September 2019, really liked the rooms (overlooking Ararat), the pool. A normal kitchen. Convenient location for traveling motorists.

Nice rooms. Decent service. Certainly not 5 stars, as they position it. But for that money...
two pools.one is outside, the other is indoors. Both are heated. A large area.
And, most importantly, there are four restaurants on site. The food is excellent.
