Nice, modern hotel with a fresh renovation. It's a long way from the beach, but it's quieter and there's plenty of public transport. There are many shops and cafes nearby (but there are a lot of them everywhere in Batumi). The bed is comfortable. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Please be warned that if you plan to dry your clothes (for example, after the beach), then choose a room with a balcony, otherwise there will be nowhere to do this. Of the disadvantages, I can also mention that sometimes the sewage was coming out of the sink, and in the last two days there have been problems with Wi-Fi. But overall, we liked the hotel.

I give 4 stars only because of the strong smell of sewage from the toilet, which is ventilated. Otherwise, everything is fine: clean, daily cleaning, excellent location, and, most importantly, a normal, leak–free shower.
