It turns out that our room is occupied, to the question of how, excuses began, then we did not book, I show the correspondence, it turns out that they had an intern working and they fired him, and it's his fault, there is no one to ask for an administrator or a derektor and they will be in a month. They blame the client, they say it's their own fault that they communicated with the intern, and it's their own fault that they chose our hotel at all. The decision was seen to offer the three of us only a double room, and even more expensive than we agreed, instead of apologizing for not being convenient, taking advantage of the fact that we will not go looking for another hotel at night. The rooms are dirty, the bed linen is not washed, the towel stinks musty, there is no heating, or rather there is a battery, but you can't open it because water is running out of it. The air conditioner works only in one mode and at one temperature. The mattress on the bed looks more like boards. The toilet is dirty. The price of this number is 100 thousand maximum. I don't recommend it even to my enemies.
