During the autumn holidays of 2025, we spent three days in Gagra and visited the Del Mar restaurant by the sea several times. This is one of the best places where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is very friendly: the waiters always helped with the selection, talked about the dishes and willingly answered questions. I especially remember the Crispy eggplant, one of the best restaurants on the coast. Delicious scrambled eggs, good main courses, although the coffee turned out to be mediocre. The view of the sea is beautiful, especially at sunset, and when it got cool, they immediately brought blankets, which was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the last evening was slightly marred by an unpleasant incident: the waitress brought the wrong order, behaved unfriendly and seemed in a hurry to escort us out. Nevertheless, the overall impression of the place remained warm. The result: a great restaurant with excellent cuisine, a cozy atmosphere and a view of the sea. I would definitely come back here again

Great cafe! It was very pleasant to spend time under the evening breeze with a beautiful view of the sea and the New Colonnade. They cooked quickly, while we were eating salad, hot dishes were already brought. Everything is very tasty! The service was fast, the staff was polite! With the exception of one waitress, who, standing in a room where there are practically no customers, began to hiss at 2 women behind her back, who looked at the menu, said it was expensive and left, "they are expensive, you see..." It was unpleasant to witness such an attitude towards people! For a dinner for two, about 4,500.

We accidentally went to dinner and all the subsequent times we only came here. Pleasant minimalistic interior, cozy veranda. The menu is varied: seafood, barbecue, pasta, street food, breakfasts. We tried different dishes: a good pizza, delicious focaccia with herbs, a good and delicious cooked salmon steak, a juicy and hearty sandwich. I didn't like the oatmeal porridge from breakfast: they promised seasonal berries and a banana, but they brought it with a banana and an apple, there were no berries + the porridge seemed too salty for a sweet breakfast with fruits. Homemade lemonades are delicious among the drinks, but the mojito is too alcoholic and not at all sour. I'm sure if the lime juice had been squeezed out, the cocktail would have played in a completely different way. The staff is always friendly, courteous and attentive. They try to provide their own small, but still service. Although the service fee is not included in the price, we always tried to leave a 10% tip. The only drawback, because of which sometimes I had to go to other cafes, was paying only in cash. Transfers are rarely accepted and very unwillingly, while there is no terminal in the cafe. There is also no ATM in the vicinity of the area, so there were difficulties with payment. Overall, the cafe left a very pleasant impression during all the visits.
