Great hotel, I really liked everything. A very good employee at the reception found out how to get to the Burana Tower especially for us. The coffee shop on the ground floor is open late. Wonderful view from the balconies of the city center. Excellent prices. The only problem is that the water in the rooms is a little cool, it takes a long time to drain it before it heats up. No other drawbacks were noticed. I hope to come here again.
