The staff of the housekeeper are polite and responsive. But the hotel requires at least cosmetic repairs. Well, it's impossible to live in a room with torn and mildewed wallpaper in places. And there is practically no service, there is simply no iron and ironing board. When we arrived in Donetsk, we were faced with the situation that Russian operators do not work there. Good people got caught and gave their phone number to call a taxi and book a room for the night using a banner advertisement at the train station. Naturally, in the morning after the road, I want to iron my clothes to go out into the city. For some reason, there is no microwave, at least a common one. Well, tourists ran through getting acquainted with the city and learning all the rules of their journey to a new place. In the evening, I want to drink tea, have something to eat. But there is only one kettle for the whole economy.That is, I poured a cup of tea and that's it.

I've booked a room for friends. I made a 100% prepayment. Upon the arrival of friends, there were no rooms available, so you sleep in the closet. How does conscience allow you to do this??? People were from far away. The prepayment was not refunded. Shame on you!!!

Of the pros: the room (I have now) is not smoky. The staff is polite (and where will they go from the submarine?) There are no cockroaches, the rooms, corridor and toilet are clean. Water is often available, but in a limited batch, uncritical waiting time. The lower price segment in the city of millionaires Monte-Donetsk. A room for a couple of days. If you need more, look for an apartment. The cost at the moment is 3000rubles a day.

There were no oxen at all (third floor), respectively, the toilet was closed, there were two beds in the room, there were no blankets (only a blanket), the sheets and pillowcase were not fresh, there was no duvet cover at all. The price for the room is 3000 rubles. If you choose between spending the night in the car in winter and in such conditions, then it's still better on the bed.

One of the most budget options to settle in Donetsk: the cost of living is 4 times lower than the average. At the same time, the conditions are very good: I had a single room with a refrigerator, TV and wifi. Warm, clean, tidy. The maids and receptionists are polite, caring, friendly (all but one). Water once every three days, as in the whole city; but there are several showers, all the guests have time to wash themselves.
