The staff is polite, friendly, and they try to speak your language. The service is excellent, the girls and boys work well. Due to its location, the hotel occupies the best location if you are interested in the historical part of Istanbul. There are a lot of interesting places, cafes and restaurants nearby. Both famous markets are also within walking distance. The breakfasts weren't bad, but they weren't varied enough for me specifically. The breakfasts in the hotels were better last year... Inflation... The rooms are clean and cozy. I recommend the hotel for a short stay! But the staff is great. Waiting for new clients.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. I liked everything. Rooms, breakfasts - everything matches the description and photos. Friendly staff, polite guys. The location is undoubtedly very convenient. All transport stops (tram, metro, Marmaray, ferry) are within easy reach and many attractions are within easy reach. The breakfasts were monotonous, but satisfying, enough for up to 16 hours of active festivities. I especially liked the honey in the honeycomb. There was a room with a balcony, facing an inner street with restaurants. In general, it was quiet and peaceful with the window open.
