The hotel itself is three-star.
10 minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square. 2 minutes walk to the tram stop. And I had to use the tram often, since the sights of the city are located in different places and not nearby, besides Istanbul itself is one continuous descent and ascent. The location is great.
The room is small enough, but it's not critical for us. It was clean, but I didn't have enough lighting. In the bathroom, the main light bulb was off, only a small one.
There was no tea set, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, or hair conditioner in the room. The minibar is paid. 2 bottles of water only upon check-in. There is a safe.
The room is tired, the faucets in the bathroom are barely breathing at all. Where the sink fell off) was attached, used carefully.
Cleaning is on demand, but we didn't ask for it. They left in the morning, and returned in the evening only to sleep.
Breakfast without frills. Standard set: vegetables, eggs, cheese, rolls, desserts. We had enough, we usually have breakfast at home. There was a coffee machine. And by the way, there was honey in the honeycomb.
I asked for a second blanket, and they brought it without any problems.
You could take an umbrella at the reception. They also asked to call a taxi to the airport so that the cost would be fixed. They also helped with this.
Overall a good hotel. I took off 1 star for bathroom faucets and an unlit lamp

In principle, a normal hotel if you are going to Istanbul for a couple of days.
There is everything you need and at a reasonable price. There are Russian-speaking staff, so there will be no problems with solving the issues. The most important advantage is the location. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions, if necessary, and public transport stops are at hand.
The hotel itself, of course, has something that could be improved. But we must understand that then the price is likely to rise, so let everything stay there as it is.

The hotel has 6 floors, on the 6th floor there is a terrace where breakfast takes place, I thought the view would be better. I booked an economy without a window, it's better to pay extra and order with a window. The room is very small, it was very stuffy in it, so I always turned on the air conditioner. There was no kettle in the room, which is very bad. Regarding cleaning, it is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately. This is one of the disadvantages. Pros: there are two Russian-speaking administrators Timur and the second administrator, the girl did not ask for the name. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet Mosques, Gulhane Park and the tram stop. By tram you can get to the Galata Tower, the port of Eminenyu, as well as to the Aksaray metro. Havaist buses depart from Aksaray Metro Station to the new airport every 30 minutes) About breakfast: no porridge, boiled eggs, omelet, pancakes, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, olives, olives, thick yogurt, butter, jam, cornflakes, from
there was a large selection of sweets, there was even honey from honeycombs, tea bags, as well as Turkish brewed tea, lemonade, salads, two types of bread, there was even a vegetable stew, fruits:melon, orange, apples. You won't stay hungry. A normal hotel for 3 stars, so I put 5 stars. Staff
they are responsive, polite, and will help with any question. I recommend. I did not book excursions, because I know where and what is located)
