Terrible hotel. Small, dirty rooms. Plaster is falling from the ceiling. The carpet smells terrible. The horror!!!!! The hotel spoils the whole impression of Paris. I don't want to go back there in the evening.

The hotel has a good location-Republic Square. The rooms are old and small. It's clean enough. There is a mini-balcony
