Overall, not bad, good location. The Basilica Cistern is 300 meters away, as the crow flies, and the Grand Bazaar is 600 meters away. The room is quite clean, small but cozy. The staff is pleasant and there are Russian speakers. The breakfasts are quite to my taste, without frills but delicious, which is extremely convenient before walking around the city, cafes and shops around the corner. A wonderful hotel! Great location! The breakfasts are delicious, varied Buffet. The staff is polite, smiling, special thanks to Sergey! The room is clean, the linen was changed daily and it smelled nice! A towel too! What else is needed for the room? Especially when you leave at 9 a.m. and arrive at 8 p.m...after walking, they will refresh themselves and plop down on the pillow! I recommend it!

The location of the hotel is excellent. Literally 3-5 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park, tram stop. But the advantages end there. The rooms are small. The shower is leaking. The breakfast is very modest. Rooms with a balcony are suitable except for smoking on the balcony and drying things. You won't want to sit on such a balcony, because the view won't please you. Rooms without balconies overlook a noisy street. But the staff is friendly.

We were here on March 24, a great hotel! I booked for Booking, for some reason the card was not charged, the reservation was canceled (on 08.03!!!), but I managed to get through to the hotel and they left the reservation! The breakfasts are delicious. All the sights are within a 5-minute walk. In general, it's just fine

A quiet hotel with a very convenient location. Breakfast is tastier than in the nearest overprice restaurants. Breakfast time is 8:00-10:00. There is an elevator. For an additional fee (40€), there is a shuttle service to the airport. The windows of the room overlooked the backyard, there is no view, but it is quiet. The beds are comfortable and soft. Blackout curtains. The staff is polite, eager to help in everything.

The hotel cancelled the reservation without explanation one and a half days before arrival. At the same time, he answered all questions and organized a transfer. Everything was through the hotel! And when the reservation was cancelled! It was extremely unclear. It created a lot of problems. I think this is how the hotel, seeing the increased demand, resets reservations at a lower price!!!
