When booking, I chose a room with a bathroom. She was clearly in the photos. However, upon check-in, they said that it was at their discretion and settled in a room with a shower, arguing that the rooms with bathrooms were occupied. After 3 days, they were moved to a room with a bathroom for a decent surcharge. Parking at the hotel is expensive and at the same time it is quite difficult for the staff to get a car in the garage (they are busy, there are no necessary employees, etc.). For the first time, I see a hotel where the usual scrambled eggs for breakfast are extra for the money. The Internet was working extremely poorly. When asked to fix it, the staff promised to sort it out the next day, but it did not work properly for all 5 days. In general, the staff is phlegmatic and does not solve problems, only pretends. The air conditioning in the room can't handle it, it's very stuffy to sleep.

An excellent and cozy hotel, at the same time, typical for Italy. The location, the staff, the room itself, the restaurant - everything is great. There is also a patio, but apparently it is open only in the warmer months.
