We were only there for a day, and we are very grateful that we were settled! This is the only hotel that has not refused to stay for one night. We wanted to stop in Pitsunda on the last day of our vacation before heading home. The children are tired and so are we, we called different hotels for 2 hours, there were no places, there are places, but they need to take at least 2 nights, and they don't want to settle for 1, no matter how they tried to persuade. In one place, they even said that the bedding dries for a long time, you understand, it's not profitable for us.😂 And after a long search, having already almost resigned ourselves to spending the night in the car, we found this hotel, and we were immediately settled into a 2k room. Clean, spacious, orthopedic pillow is simply gorgeous, the best night in Abkhazia all week😃 Thanks!

We stayed in the 2nd building of this hotel for 4 years in a row. I would like to start with the pros: - excellent location: the 2nd building is located behind the market and consists of 4 rooms-houses. A wonderful place to relax from the noise of the city, as the houses stand apart and there is no one there except us and 3 other families. - private closed Parking, but for a maximum of 2 cars. - its own barbecue (albeit an old one) and 2 tables with chairs (there are only 2 of them, sometimes someone didn't have enough) - there is a small open kitchen in the back, where there is a microwave, sink and stove (but their condition leaves much to be desired) - the room is huge, you can dance in it. It also has excellent sound insulation, especially in the toilet. Perhaps the advantages end there. Cons: - we were moved into 1 room three times in a row, where they couldn't fix the shower door year after year, which was why the bathroom floor was always wet. When we arrived with friends in the fourth year, and they got 1 room, the door was still broken. - blankets and toilet paper are not left in the room, I had to go to the main building and ask. Sometimes they didn't give me a toilet) - the rooms were never cleaned, only the bed linen was replaced upon request. In principle, the hotel is great for a young couple, because we don't need much comfort. We also came once in winter for one night and stayed in a room in the main building. This room leaves much to be desired because it smelled of mold and was significantly smaller than the rooms in the second building. And its price is much higher. In conclusion, I would like to say that if we come to Abkhazia again, we will book a second building anyway, because you feel free there and don't think about the fact that 50 more people live with you.
