We split the vacation into different areas. Without bothering to look at the rooms, they believed in the pictures from the booking, went in and booked at the reception (they should have done it from the booking, maybe more people would have seen it that way). Just a super nightmare🤦🏻♀️ The room is very dirty, you can't look into the bathroom without tears, it's as if the workers washed after the construction site and in this state it is. The wallpaper is not glued in the room, everything is just ugh, it's disgusting to touch. After the request to remove, "yes, of course," as it was, it is. One plus is the location. But believe me, there are hotels at every step, read the reviews carefully! Or better yet, go and see for yourself upon arrival. We have three days for this location, so we decided to endure two nights. Good luck to everyone! P.S. We went to the neighboring rooms. The information on the site is not entirely correct. There is Internet, TV, air conditioning, shower, disposable slippers ( 1 pc.) for all days of stay. The hair dryer does not work, the iron is missing, there are no hangers. Towel 1 for all days of stay. There was no cleaning during the stay at the hotel. It's dusty. It is cozy only in the lobby of the hotel. Nice staff. I have not seen a buffet breakfast.

I was supposed to fly to Istanbul from Russia for a week at the end of April, but well-known events made my flight impossible.
Payment had to be made on the spot (this is an important point).
3 days before departure, the hotel tried to debit the money when it became clear that there was a risk of my non-arrival. When they failed, they cancelled the reservation. I rebooked (the flight was not canceled at that time), but did not pay attention to the fact that the fare is non-refundable. Naturally, I asked the booking service to cancel 2 days before arrival, but the hotel did not act very decently, and on the day of arrival I wrote off the money, and not a fine for the first day, as decent hotels do, but for the whole week. They replied to the letters from the aggregator on May 7 (from April 15! ), my letter has also not been answered since April 20th. The money is not very big, but it's a shame. It is especially disappointing that not only did they ignore the request to cancel, but they did not respond to letters. I really do not recommend it.
