We are currently staying in this so-called hotel🤦🏻♀️ This is not a hotel, please read the reviews very carefully☝🏻This is the minimum hostel as far as it can be imagined! We split the vacation into different areas. Without bothering to look at the rooms, they believed in the pictures from the booking, went in and booked at the reception (they should have done it from the booking, maybe more people would have seen it that way). Just a super nightmare🤦🏻♀️ The room is very dirty, you can't look into the bathroom without tears, it's as if the workers washed after the construction site and in this state it is. The wallpaper is not glued in the room, everything is just ugh, it's disgusting to touch. After the request to remove, "yes, of course," as it was, it is. One plus is the location. But believe me, there are hotels at every step, read the reviews carefully! Or better yet, go and see for yourself upon arrival. We have three days for this location, so we decided to endure two nights. Good luck to everyone! P.S. We went to the neighboring rooms. We were free and open, so I speak with responsibility for everything. We're not too picky. Not even a toothbrush cup

The information on the site is not entirely correct. There is Internet, TV, air conditioning, shower, disposable slippers ( 1 pc.) for all days of stay. The hair dryer does not work, the iron is missing, there are no hangers. Towel 1 for all days of stay. There was no cleaning during the stay at the hotel. It's dusty. It is cozy only in the lobby of the hotel. Nice staff. I have not seen a buffet breakfast.

I was supposed to fly to Istanbul from Russia for a week at the end of April, but well-known events made my flight impossible. Payment had to be made on the spot (this is an important point). 3 days before departure, the hotel tried to debit the money when it became clear that there was a risk of my non-arrival. When they failed, they cancelled the reservation. I rebooked (the flight was not canceled at that time), but did not pay attention to the fact that the fare is non-refundable. Naturally, I asked the booking service to cancel 2 days before arrival, but the hotel did not act very decently, and on the day of arrival I wrote off the money, and not a fine for the first day, as decent hotels do, but for the whole week. They replied to the letters from the aggregator on May 7 (from April 15! ), my letter has also not been answered since April 20th. The money is not very big, but it's a shame. It is especially disappointing that not only did they ignore the request to cancel, but they did not respond to letters. I really do not recommend it.

I planned a visit to Istanbul in April 2021, booked this hotel with (important) on-site payment and free cancellation. Unfortunately, due to the termination of air service, the visit did not take place and I could not check into the hotel. And then a story about how beautifully and deftly the hotel deceived me. Three days before arrival (when there was a significant risk that I would not arrive), the hotel tried to write off the money for the stay, could not and canceled the reservation for a strange reason: the card did not pass reauthorization. I rebooked the hotel (The hope for a visit to Istanbul did not die, because the flight was not canceled), but, unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the fact that only non-refundable reservations became possible. Two days before arrival, I asked the booking service to cancel the reservation. As a rule, decent hotels in such cases can be fined for the cost of a day (I would have no complaints about this). But these guys wrote off the cost of the failed stay completely. The hotel ignored all my letters asking for a partial refund. Everything that happened is pretty similar to fraud: the hotel knew that it would not be able to provide the service and changed the booking conditions in order to charge me money without providing the service

A well-located hotel with a small number of rooms, attentive staff, breakfast included. A nice bonus is tea and coffee around the clock at the reception. WiFi works perfectly on all floors of the hotel. I stayed for 4 days, very satisfied. Within walking distance from tourist spots. I recommend
