Excellent location: 300 meters from the metro station and in the old town. Many attractions are within walking distance. Quiet and very large room with Windows to the courtyard. A comfortable and wide mattress on which you really get enough sleep. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality.

We discovered a wonderful place to spend the night, within walking distance of the Avlabari metro station and the Rike Park lift for the cable car to the old town, the Trinity Cathedral and the Presidential Palace, the Peace Bridge and the Metekhi Temple. Separately, I would like to note the hospitality of the hotel's owner, Timur, we really liked it. The breakfasts are not very diverse, but they are quite sufficient for a hearty snack. On the day of departure, they asked to prepare breakfast earlier than usual - no problem. The renovation may not have been updated, but that's why it is one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi - Avlabar. On vacation, I want to celebrate only the positive, and the owner has much more positive. If we come back to Tbilisi, and after the trip we definitely want to come there again, we will stay with Timur with pleasure. We stayed in July 2024.

Очень удобное расположение. 3 минуты пешком от метро Авлабари и 10 минут пешком от самого центра Тбилиси. Пешком можно гулять по старому городу и вернуться в любое время вне зависимости от транспорта. Отличный персонал всегда готовый помочь в любом вопросе. Шикарные завтраки. Очень чисто и уютно. Отель не большой. Огромное спасибо управляющей отелем Манане за ее гостеприимство.
