The hotel left a good impression, despite some negatives. We were quickly settled in, the Russian-speaking staff is friendly. I liked the room - a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, fluffy clean towels. Daily cleaning, clean. I was pleased with the competent spot lighting, which creates comfort. Of the disadvantages, I can not help but note the lack of TV channels in Russian and gloomy and unfriendly reception staff, the first time I encountered such disregard for guests!?

Everything here seems to be beautiful, clean, neat, the tram stop is nearby and the park ..., but the staff is not very kind at the reception, especially a woman with wavy hair about 35-40 years old. She categorically refused to understand us in Russian, even though she knows the language) but I work at breakfast with very nice people! The rooms are clean and spacious, cleaned every day. There are 2 TVs in the room, but there is only one Russian channel and only in the bedroom, all the others are German or Czech.
