The hotel is small, with several rooms. It so happened that we lived in as many as three. Everything is very clean, relatively modern renovation, furniture, plumbing. The rooms are different in size, there is a kettle, dishes and appliances everywhere to drink tea and have a snack. There is a grill stove in the common room. The city center is 3 minutes away from Rustaveli Avenue, but the street is quiet. And finally, and maybe first of all, very nice, friendly hosts who receive you as dear guests.

We stayed in this hotel for more than a week in April 2024, very hospitable and pleasant hosts! The room is spacious, cozy, there is also a small room with a table (if you are not only traveling, but also working, then good wi-fi is perfect). Good location, the center and most of the attractions are within walking distance! the street is quite quiet. We recommend it! :)

Everything is fine, Very Hospitable and wonderful hostess, Cleanliness, everything you need is there, the disadvantages are very strong audibility from the rooms and the corridor, literally every word said in the corridor, and from the bathroom you can generally talk in a low voice with whoever is in the room with the bathroom door closed.
