On the plus side: for your money, a good hotel with a good location next to the tram to the center and the metro. There is a private parking on the underground floor (paid). Elevator credit!

It is very close to the metro and tram. Not a bad neighborhood. There are beeches hanging out near the subway, but in general all the chicks are monies. The hotel has already done everything, it has outlived its time, although the linen is clean, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious, although monotonous, the rooms are quiet, there is no Wi-Fi, which is very pleasing, you stick less in the rooms.
