I liked the place, the area is clean and well maintained. It is very convenient to relax with friends. There are many gazebos, and for a different number of vacationers: from small ones for 4-6 people (a cozy family dinner with children in nature, or a romantic))), and for large companies, I think up to 20-25 people will quite accommodate. Gazebos are equipped with lighting, there are sockets, everything will be provided for kebabs and other things. Clean and tidy. Overall, I liked it! A very good restaurant, everything that was tasted is very tasty. A good spa center, clean, not worn-out repairs, I liked the service of the bath attendant. Beautiful territory.
But there were also several important disadvantages:
1. It is impossible to sleep on a bed in the floor of suite 1/3, it creaks from any movement. A very old mattress, pillows and linen. You won't get enough sleep. There is also an ancient worn sofa in the room. Putting children in there is just bullying.
2. There are only 4 items in the breakfast menu, one to choose from. We didn't have enough and had to buy another dish. Also, the staff at the restaurant (young people) quarrel and sort things out with each other right in front of the visitors.

It's a very cool place, I definitely recommend it. We came here for a weekend for friends. The food is not cheap, but it is very tasty. The territory is beyond praise, very green and well maintained.
I would like to highlight the sauna separately - it is mandatory to visit. Especially if you take the program with the bath attendant Dmitry. He got us so drunk that we slept like children afterwards.
The hotel itself is close to the center, 20 minutes by car. But peace and quiet.

A very cool place! I liked everything, if you don't focus on playgrounds at Moscow time. We were with children for 5 years, one, and the other for 10 months. There are swings and entertainment for both. Well-groomed territory, delicious breakfasts, a gorgeous spa. The room is cleaned every single day, but you can ask and it won't be cleaned. The staff is friendly and friendly, always going to a meeting or compromise.

The price-quality ratio is just terrible. For such money, the quality of the services provided by the house is simply terrible. They look pretty on the outside, but on the inside… Everything is very old, there was no renovation, as if they were built first, and this is at least 15 years for a minute. The plumbing is dead, it is impossible to sleep on the couch, the bed linen for the 3rd guest is all worn out and so it can be listed for a long time.
As for the breakfasts that are included in this Large price, they are very modest. One hot item is available, everything else is for an additional fee, but you have to pay, because with what is offered for free, only a child can eat. There is also a very long wait. The very first ones came for breakfast, there were no people, they were alone, they waited for 30 minutes for the usual scrambled eggs, no one was in a hurry.
Therefore, for this money, I'm sure you can find a much better place!

A favorite place for family holidays. A very thoughtful Spa program and a water-thermal complex, good portions in the restaurant are delicious and satisfying in volume. There is a Playground on site, a pleasant place for a walk. When renting a room, I did not like only the mattress, but it is very individual, so it does not affect the assessment of the place. The staff can be especially noted - everything is very polite, open and not artificially honed, but quite sincere. A traditional place to celebrate the birthday of both family members and parents. Mom is 65 and she is also delighted. Separately, it can be noted that in four years it has never happened so that somewhere nearby in a cafe or together with a Spa there was some kind of noisy company - always quiet and calm.

A cozy place for a family vacation! Peace and quiet!
There were 2 nights in the upper suite. Although the houses have been with the old interior since 2008, but they are perfectly clean!
The food in the restaurant is a separate respect!
We tried different dishes - we didn't find any disadvantages. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices!
The service is reverent and caring!

My wife and I spent a long time choosing a place where to spend our holidays and vacations, we knew that it would be the expanses of the Belarusian lands, but we did not know where exactly. And my eyes fell on the good and kind reviews about the place of rest called "Syabry".
Guys, by God, we didn't look at the photos on the site, we just trusted the words of those who had already rested here and left their feedback. And ...
Arriving and entering a cozy and clean cottage for the first time, looking around the territory and surrounding places, we were just amazed how cozy it is, how clean and how everything is by design it is designed so that visitors can relax both body and soul. With my soul...it is a constant relaxing holiday with children and family, body...It is also a magnificent spa complex with pools and saunas of all kinds and for every taste.
The territory is well maintained, Parking for personal vehicles on the territory both near the cottage and where you can park neatly.
Separately, I would like to mention the magnificent restaurant complex on the territory of Syabrov. The cuisine is very tasty, the chef and the chef have great respect and a low bow for the gastronomic pleasures they have brought. The restaurant staff are sincere girls, very responsive and will always prompt and advise, thank you girls very much!!!
Many thanks to the managers Galina and Olga, their work and care for our rest, this is a separate profession worthy of our deepest respect!!!
Guys, and what locations are here on the territory for recreation! There is a court, a football field and playgrounds. A fish pond for fishing enthusiasts and barbecue grills for relaxing and cooking successful fishing. Everything is natural for an additional fee, but it's worth it.
And ... of course the cherry on the cake!!!! 300 meters from the recreation center there is a huge shooting range with the possibility of shooting from a variety of both combat and bench weapons. A lot of impressions from shooting at the shooting range, very pleasant staff and instructors who will tell and show you how to shoot correctly (I repeat...shooting range with combat weapons and not holostvm, a big difference)
Dear friends, we are just happy that we did not make a mistake in choosing the place of your family vacation and we would like to wish and advise all of you to come here, visit the Mountains and relax as well as it turned out for us.

We went to the administrator and explained the situation that we would rest both in the institution and in the gazebo, but the administrator turned out to be as uncooperative as the guard, said sit down at the table and order for deepazit, although deepazit is not prescribed, I just invented it turns out. Очень чисто, очень спокойно, уютно. Ухоженная территория утопает в зелени и цветах, много красивых уголков. Вайфай приличный, особенно в ресторане (за границами дома и ресторана не работает). Спа за доп. плату, но можно поставить на территории рядом с домиком шезлонг (есть в доме) и загорать, очень удобно. К завтракам есть вопросы (в стоимость включены один напиток и одно блюдо на выбор плюс тосты с сыром), но в целом готовят вкусно, настойки и кровянка бесподобные.

1 star only for the place where the base is located
We arrived for 3 days, in November, the house turned out to be cold, they gave us a gun. The hair dryer is old, weak, girls with long, and even with meek hair, keep in mind, you will dry your hair for at least an hour. On the second floor, the fence made of beams was all broken. The TVs are old and small.
Breakfast was included, the choice of breakfasts is minimal - 2 types of scrambled eggs, cheesecakes, porridge. Breakfast is until 11, we arrived at 10:30, at 11:00 we were told we were already closing, and we had to stuff this incredible breakfast into ourselves as quickly as possible. While we were waiting for breakfast, a woman came and started asking if we had exactly tomorrow included in the price, and how much we paid!
We were with a child of 5 years old, we wanted to go to the pool, but there is an age limit of 16+. A playground for 3, a swing made of tires, well, so-so.
The place is not worth the money for sure.

We arrived in a large company at the restaurant and additionally rented a gazebo. At the entrance, an inadequate guard did not launch into the territory of the complex, and told him to park cars somewhere in the forest outside the territory! How's that??? a large company, 8 people, came to your complex to use the services of your restaurant and the whole complex, and upon arrival, the guard decides whether you will have guests in the institution or not?remove these inadequate people or explain. You lose customers for parking space.
To resolve the issue, we contacted the administrator at the restaurant.
At the entrance, a male receptionist, the most non-erudite employee, at first he said that it was necessary to make a deposit for the restaurant because it was Saturday at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The exact deposit is required for the question. He said preferably by his own decision. And after that, we had to allegedly sit down at the table and have the guards come to see what we were eating and then maybe our cars would be launched into the territory.
As one inadequate employee overrides another inadequate one.
In general, it's a terrible impression and it's not the first time this has happened. We will not visit anymore and we do not advise anyone! Time spent, nerves and money.

The recreation center was pleased only with the landscaping and that's it! For that kind of money (17,000 rubles one night), the room stock is 15 years old, leaves much to be desired, old sofas like grandma's, plumbing. On-site all additional services (barbecue) for a fee. The breakfasts are very modest, tea and coffee are served in beakers, the wait is 30-40 minutes, from 9 a.m. it is very late for early departing people!

Были здесь двое суток с 19 января на Крещение семьёй, брали домик нижний люкс. В доме чисто, уютно, обустроено, очень тепло, есть все необходимое. Пользовались джакузи в номере - все работало. Обеды, ужины можно заказать прямо в дом, завтрак подают в ресторане, но соням можно взять в боксе в домик. Всегда есть комплименты от ресторана. Цены по меню, конечно, высокие по меркам даже Минских ресторанов, но есть неплохой выбор вкусных блюд. Спа воспользоваться не смогли, т.к. детей до 16 лет не пускают, это неправильно, оставлять детей одних в домике, а самим плескаться в спа, на мой взгляд, не честно, учитывая, что загрузки в спа не было вообще.
Территория красивая очень. В Крещение прошёл снегопад и всё превратилось в сказку. Елки, фигуры животных - это было волшебно. Тир 300 Метров находится совсем недалеко, получили от тира массу впечатлений👍. В Сябрах есть винокурня, сами делают различный алкоголь, видела как специально за этой продукцией приезжали люди из Минска.
Спасибо персоналу за любезно предоставленное позднее выселение.
Цены на домики " кусучие", но благодаря этому создаётся обстановка уединенности.

I would like to note the presence of a sauna, hammam and sauna. Towels, bathrobes are provided, you can order tea or something else from the bar. Уютное место для отдыха примерно в 40 минутах от аэропорта. Живописные деревянные домики с двухэтажными помещениями. Вкусное и сытное меню с белорусским национальным акцентом в виде драников и самогона (пшеничного и ржаного). На водонапорной башне свили гнездо аисты. Для любителей водных развлечений вблизи пляжи Минского моря. В пятницу на выходные в «Сябры» приезжают минчане, а если место популярно у местных, значит, оно действительно достойное.

Мне все понравилось, ресторан красивый и вкусный, шикарно пела девушка и мужчина играл на саксофоне, домик у нас был чистый ,комфортный . В домике есть кондиционер, холодильник, микровлновка , телевизор, зубные щётки, шампунь , короче всё для комфортного пребывания . Также можно сходить в СПА и ТИР .

Somehow I'm not impressed with this place at all. We stopped by for lunch after the shooting range and somehow immediately felt some kind of awkwardness and discomfort. The food in general was delicious, but the positions that I originally wanted were not there. Dessert was waited for a very long time, 20-30 minutes. When there is something to compare it with, with other places outside the city, it is frankly a loss. Where such a rating comes from is a mystery)
