A very decent hotel, 10 minutes walking distance to Dubai Mall.
The hotel has a heated swimming pool, it is always clean, towels are provided. During the season, the pool is designed in such a way that there is no scorching sun above it after 11.30.
Very modern and beautiful rooms.
Very good breakfasts. Breakfast includes salmon, a buffet and the possibility to choose several dishes from the menu (eggs Benedict, shakshuka).
Weak coffee is served at breakfast, it does not reach the level of 5-star hotels.
We had full board (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). A la carte lunches and dinners. You can choose one appetizer (squid in batter, salads (I got a Greek salad) and choose the main course: pasta, pizza, meat with rice, meat mix: I liked chicken and salmon. And one dessert. There was little variety in the food, and I would have liked more changes of dishes, but everything was delicious.
The staff is very polite and pleasant. They will always help, they give towels to the beach and there is also a shuttle service to the beach.
Upon request, we extended one hour of stay before our transfer, without any problems.

The room is clean and stylishly decorated, everything is comfortable. Magnificent panoramic view of the yachts. The breakfast buffet is very good, there are different cuisines, a lot of goodies for every taste, but it is the same day by day (with such a variety, this is not a problem at all). The a la carte dinners are excellent, the format is a restaurant, not a "canteen": beautiful, tasty and very satisfying. The location is good, and it's easy to walk to Khalifa (if it's not +48 outside, as it was on our vacation). August 2023, for 2 days

A new hotel. The staff is still tuning up, young. The breakfasts are good. Mixed dinners are either Swedish or a la carte. The menu is not very good. The rooms are new, the materials are good. The location is close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. You can walk for 15 minutes.
One of the disadvantages for the future. By the windows, a large construction project on the canal began. While the island is being filled up, everything is beautiful. But when they build up, it will probably be uncomfortable. They work around the clock. The noise is good

A beautiful, modern hotel in the center of Dubai. Within walking distance from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa Tower. The hotel is equipped with a DND system. This is when a guest from the room presses a button on the panel, for example, "do not disturb", and it is immediately displayed on the panel in the corridor. Delicious breakfasts, but the view with panoramic windows from the restaurant opens onto the construction site, the restaurant itself is quite noisy, but in the pool area there is complete harmony, silence and relaxation, although the same view of the construction site is not very pleasing. I especially liked the hotel staff, very friendly guys, fulfill any request in one minute.

A good hotel, 4.5 stars) there was not enough room service for delicious restaurant food, only fast food and snacks.
The location is convenient, we got into the week when Dubai was flooded and found our way on foot from the center with the Mall and Burj Khalifa, 3 km, it is quite possible to walk, saving on taxi)
Registration is fast, they clean perfectly, they didn't leave tips, it's not very accepted there. It took us a while to figure out that we needed to put a card on the bed so that they wouldn't change the linen, as a result, they changed it every day until we got it right)
Nice bar and pool if you are too lazy to go to the beach)

Nice hotel, located near Dubai Mall, walking ~12 minutes. It is not particularly convenient to walk, because there is not a sidewalk everywhere, but otherwise there were no problems.
Delicious good breakfasts, a completely variety of products, both I and my parents were satisfied.
Fast service from the staff (everything was done immediately), everyone is friendly and happy to help. If you need to go to the beach, the reception will give you towels and bottles of water for everyone. We need more water in the room - they will bring it right away.
Good design, pleasant smells in the lobby and corridors of the hotel.
In general, we liked the hotel, despite the view from the construction site from the window. But since for the most part we only slept and had breakfast at the hotel, we were not upset. :)

The room is excellent, cleaned for 5+, linen and towels are snow-white. Feeding is excellent- they took NV. Buses take you to the shopping center and the beach. The pool is nice. The staff heard and fulfilled all requests.

Great hotel. The staff is very attentive to any requests. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Very clean, cozy, beautiful. Rooms with sound insulation. Meals (breakfast, dinner) the buffet system is very diverse. Excellent location: within walking distance of Dubai Mall. Free shuttle service to the beach at 10:30 and back at 16:00. On the 2nd floor, you can take beach towels with you to the beach.

The hotel has a maximum of 3.5 stars, despite the stated 5 stars
The rooms are small, the bathroom is closed by a slider door made of tinted glass (in the room you can hear and see what you are doing in the bathroom), an idiotic air conditioner that does not work if you are not physically in the room (leaving a second card in the room in your absence will not help). And most importantly, it's very noisy because of the construction sites around and the hum of cars from the roads (it's impossible to sleep)
The advantage is the location, the Dubai Mall is a comfortable 15-minute walk away.
