This is an island of humanity in the whole of Narva! More than 160 people stayed overnight in the open air on the Narva-Ivan-Gorod border. Many thanks to the hotel administration and the wonderful receptionist who allowed parents with young children to spend the night in the hotel lobby. As of this date, there were no available apartments and hotel rooms in Narva due to the city day and the large arrival of tourists. Almost all of us who did not manage to cross the border had to spend the night under the open sky and heavy rain. And it was only thanks to the cordiality of the hotel staff that the children did not freeze or get wet that night on the street. A low bow to such sincere people!

We lived in early January, when it was up to -26 outside, in a room with a sauna. The room is very clean and spacious, they took a bed for a child for an additional fee, it was very warm, towels were changed every day, Underfloor heating in the bathroom and toilet. Among the disadvantages: the lack of a clothes rack and shoe storage in front of the door, there were difficulties with turning on the sauna independently.
