A 3-plus hotel. The rooms are quite tired, we came across a dead room, as if friends have a slightly newer one. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff. The location of the hotel is of course just top, the tram is nearby, the park, the sights, a profitable exchanger! Upon arrival, there are 2 bottles of water in the room once and that's it. Soap and shampoo were not poured into the container, we used our own. There are slippers, bathrobes in the room. There is no iron or board in the hotel at all. It seemed like they changed the bedclothes and towels every day, okay, but the bedspread and towel had holes a couple of times. It's time to change the mixer, it opens tight and immediately the pressure is furious. There is a minaret nearby and it can be heard very strongly, but this is the case in many hotels, because mosques are everywhere nearby. The breakfasts are very unimportant for 3 minutes, but nearby restaurants and cafes save you. For breakfast at the hotel there were cheeses, olives, sauces, vegetables, herbs, watermelon, boiled eggs and muffins, if you manage and are lucky, you will get onion rings and potato sticks, and a spicy omelet with vegetables was 1 day, there are flakes, and there was always soup. The roof terrace is closed. The bed and pillows are comfortable. You can consider a hotel for a couple of nights, but you shouldn't expect much.

Travel, the economy option, and there was no other option, there was no photo, we settled first in the far wing, where the old rooms are, in the shabbiest room with two different beds, the window faced the courtyard, it was specially painted over, the bathroom was falling apart. They asked to change the room, and the next day they replaced the room with a normal one, in the main wing, without additional charges. The breakfasts were monotonous, I didn't really like them, they were poor. The main advantage is the location. There is a subway around the corner, with transfers to any port or airport. There are many restaurants nearby, a shop around the corner, and a park within a 10-minute walk.

Nice hotel, daily room service, polite staff. There is an elevator, it is very comfortable with children. The summer veranda did not work during our vacation in September 2024, but we were allowed in there to enjoy the views of the Bosphorus. The breakfast is excellent: boiled eggs, omelette, soup, cucumbers, tomatoes, sausage, cheese, 3 types of sweets, various breads, yogurt, breakfast cereals, olives, tea, coffee, lemonade, and something else. They clean and change towels every day. We immediately complained that it was cold - they turned on the battery in our room. Everything was great for us.

The lobby is beautiful and pretentious. Friendly staff at the reception. Full breakfast is not bad, but it's almost the same every day. The elevator is only for 2 people. There is a chair and 1 huge armchair in the room. There is a kettle, but no glasses or mugs. To drink tea in two, you need to somehow fit in one chair. At first, they put paper cups, 2 pcs. , but 1 time. I had to buy the dishes myself. Upon arrival, 0.5 liters of water, 2 pieces and that's it. Tea and coffee bags are probably put in every day, but they didn't put it in, only 2 times. Cleaning is taking out the trash and changing towels. It was cleaned only by 3 o'clock. Soap accessories 1 time upon arrival. Uncomfortable shower room. A glass partition in the floor. The water spreads all over the tub. They couldn't turn on the heated towel rail. It was cold. In November, with the weather plus 17, the heating was turned on, it was too hot. There's a minaret right next to it. At 6-08, the singing of the mullah is so audible that birushi will not help. The hotel needs renovation, especially the bathroom. There was often a strong smell of sewage.

We had a vacation with my wife for the new year. Great location, historical center. The room is not large, but it is enough for an overnight stay) The view from the room was to the street, great. The breakfasts are quite a buffet. The staff is not particularly friendly with Russian, but with the help of an interpreter, you can solve all the points and clarify everything. I really liked the hotel, the breakfasts were great, the bed linen was changed every day, the staff does not speak Russian, I used a translator on the phone. The maid is smiling and pleasant, the cleaning is excellent. The location of the hotel is also convenient, near the Sirkeci tram stop. If you are not bothered by the sounds of cars and the way drivers talk to each other until late, and next to a mosque and a muezzin reads a prayer, then you are here. I used the berrushas the first night, but then I didn't need them anymore, you get used to it. We were there from 1 to 8 April, sleeping with the window open. I enjoyed Istanbul during the flowering of tulips.It's a pity the rooftop restaurant wasn't working. And don't worry about the food, the hotel is in contact with the street of restaurants and cafes. You won't be hungry.

Terrible hotel We rested here on 03/31/2021-04/7/2021. This hotel was chosen mainly because of the presence of a restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus, however, upon arrival it turned out that the restaurant was not open and it was impossible to get there. Room cleaning is terrible, the toilet bowl has been standing under a layer of dust all week, and even tips for the cleaners did not fix the situation. Breakfast every day consisted of olives, 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of tomato, half a cucumber, 3 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of sausage. You could also take cereal. As a result, I had 3 sandwiches and cereal for breakfast every day. There was no fruit at all. We took an enlarged room, but only the distance from the ceiling to the sink turned out to be increased in it. I had to wash my face on driftwood, because the sink was just above knee level. A terrible hotel, I do not recommend it, even if you are only going to spend the night in it.
