The room is normal. But the reception was not very attentive. . The location is great. The rooms are good. Breakfast was not taken, as there is a place to have breakfast nearby. Wonderful cafes. But I recommend the hotel. Everything is clean and pleasant

The unfriendly Russian-speaking staff at the reception. For an additional fee, I refused to check in at 5 a.m. after an overnight flight (I left a comment with this wish when booking). They settled in an attic with no Windows!!!!!! Only on the roof could the shutters be opened - the windows themselves would not open. The water from the shower was poured onto the carpet in the hallway with the door closed due to the large gap between the door and the floor, and the threshold was not provided. Accordingly, a constant wet spot (((((( Trash!
