The hotel did not leave a very pleasant impression, but this is the specifics of this place (the seedy area of Osaka with go-go bars, etc.), and I did not know this when I booked. The room is cramped, the bed is rickety, the window is dirty and lets in the cold (I was forced to change my position on the bed by moving the pillow). Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and restaurant. Breakfast is more or less. The staff is normal, they didn't even ask for a name when checking in - apparently, I was the only Gaijin in the hotel at that time (then I saw another one in the lobby). A significant plus is the washing machines, in which you can wash things for 100 yen 4.5 kg (I had nothing to wash), but there is no iron. I also liked that the chair in the room is on wheels. These moments smoothed out the shortcomings of the hotel, but nevertheless, it is not for me in the future.
