It's dirty, it's patchy, but it's quite bearable. The staff is very polite and helpful. A one-room room cost 10k t. A 2-room room cost 16k t. You can order breakfast, but it's better to warn you in the evening. The shower is clean, there is one towel for a 1-room room. There is an air conditioner. It's pretty quiet on the 2nd floor.

I don't advise anyone. There are cobwebs stretching straight from the ceiling and huge spiders crawling. You can't go into the shower at all, there are a lot of ants🙈🙉🙊
