I did not like that there are no ordinary glasses in the room (only plastic), and it was not changed, if I threw it away, there would be nothing to drink from. This is the first time I've seen this in my life, I'm 55, I travel a lot. Not to mention the kettle in the room, it wasn't there either. Otherwise, clean, acceptable breakfasts..
