Very dirty, abnormal dirt. Even in India it is cleaner. Maybe it's cheap for this city, but in general it's an open disrespect for people. Stray dogs can be settled there, but not people. God forbid from staying there. There's sand on the floor, bedbugs in the mattresses. A cursed place

Very nice, quiet, small hotel with friendly staff.
It is located in the heart of the city of Jermuk, has a beautiful flower yard, as well as a free parking space.

An inexpensive hotel from the category - there is a place to spend the night.
One of the disadvantages is that there is a chance to wake up in the toilet after taking a shower, because the water from the shower pours directly onto the floor.
One of the advantages is a small shared kitchen, responsive hosts. The purest air, unfortunately, entertainment is zero. The hotel is not devoid of romance - as if I visited my grandmother in the village, I sleep just as sweetly - cotton blankets and down pillows.
Overall impression: the most budget hotel to stay in Jermuk for one or two nights and move on.
