We were there during the Chinese People's Day celebrations on October 1-3, 2025. The 4* hotel, the lobby is beautiful - a huge aquarium with fish, a library with books, a grand piano in the middle of the hall - well, it's very beautiful. The location of the hotel is not the most convenient, in my opinion, it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the metro, a taxi goes to the city center in 20 minutes, and it takes about an hour by taxi to the airport, but there is a bus stop close to the hotel. Guest rooms assume beds on the second tier in the room, not a very comfortable option, of course, but okay - we climbed up for three nights) after long walks and excursions, these beds seemed super comfortable and comfortable. The breakfasts are varied at the hotel, there is both local Chinese and European cuisine. The staff does not speak Russian, and not everyone speaks English, they used an interpreter. We had an early check-out at 5 a.m. - we asked for breakfast - we were given a very questionable set - 2 cupcakes, 2 yoghurts, an orange and water - we could have organized something normal. Overall, we are not disappointed with the hotel - it is as we expected from the reviews, a good option for tourists.

The rooms are comfortable, with fantastically comfortable mattresses. Swimming pool on the roof with a view of the city, fitness room. Good breakfasts for every taste. Everything is fresh and delicious. They didn't take the deposit, although it was for a trip.to whom it is declared. The room was cleaned daily, although it was stated upon booking that there would be no cleaning. Two bottles of water were left in the room every day. A small disadvantage is the peculiar smell in the room, but we were able to solve it for ourselves by constantly opening the window.

The hotel did not leave the most pleasant impression We arrived to spend the night between two flights, checked in at 21:30 The first number on offer was smoky, they asked to change the number, and 15 minutes after checking, they offered another number. They wanted to go into the pool with a view of the city, but it was completely covered by the roof and walls, and it was already closing at 22 At 22 o'clock in the hotel (and nearby) it was absolutely necessary to have a snack, as a result, they complimented us in the bar in the form of a moon gingerbread. The bar is wonderful - for the first time I met a cocktail that matched the photo on the menu one-on-one. The room itself is quite small, there is ventilation near the bed upstairs, they managed to catch a cold in a few hours. The hotel itself is not bad, but a little dark and cramped. There is wi-fi, but it is difficult to connect to it. There was no service, they checked in for a long time, they didn't want to replace the smoky room, there was no help with the luggage. The breakfasts are simple, not particularly satisfying. We won't stop here a second time.
