I have been staying at this hotel for many years. Excellent location: close to the train station and all the attractions. There is a beautiful garden across the street. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Kettle, slippers, bathrobe, everything you need. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of dishes. The staff is polite and helpful.

They didn't figure out how to pay for my booking from alfa travel, they froze a decent amount on the card. When they figured it out, the money was still not returned. I've been waiting for a week.

I have an understanding of what 4 stars are in Italy, and it's not them. The rooms are cold. The regulator does not allow you to raise the temperature above 24 °, but that's not them either)) we slept in our clothes at 15 ° outside and these 24° in the room)) I especially want to "mention* the restaurant. It's just a circus. 3 months have passed, and a dish called "Milanese balls" has stuck in my memory. 24€ cost. I had to wait 30 minutes. A small children's soup plate was brought. A leaf of green lettuce was spread on the bottom of it, and three half-plates (flat 4 cm in diameter) lay on top. Never balls))) and the taste of store-bought cutlets from childhood. If anyone remembers in the USSR there were such 12 kopecks each)) black bread was put in them instead of meat, from which they acquired a slight sourness.
