We were at the hotel from August 19th to 23rd. It's not a big number, the only point is, it's not a minus, because it's in the very center of the city. The owner is a very good, well-mannered person, he will tell you what he can, but in English, at the reception, the Russian-speaking woman is very pleasant, and very polite, and even helped physically. The room was cleaned daily, probably at lunch. It's always clean. The refrigerator is air conditioned. Balcony. View of the city.. Teapot. Tea. Sugar. Accessories are not discussed, they were clean every day. There is a terrace on the top floor. Right away, there is a shock store nearby.

It is very difficult to call a hotel, even 1 star is a lot for it. We rented a room for a day, after checking in, there was no desire to stay in this room. Dirty, hair everywhere, in the room, stink, there is a gas boiler on the wall that turns on when you wash in the shower or neighbors, the doors on the closet are held on one hinge. There is smoking in the corridor, there are even rooms with Windows facing the corridor. The shower is leaking. The room is very small. One plus is the administrator in Russian

For the pennies we rented on the Island, it's a sin to complain. But the fact that the window looks out into the corridor, and not onto the street, we noticed only upon arrival)) Definitely economy rooms are not for claustrophobes) The main advantage is the excellent location, we were looking for it in this part of the city.
