We were at the hotel from August 19th to 23rd. It's not a big number, the only point is, it's not a minus, because it's in the very center of the city. The owner is a very good, well-mannered person, he will tell you what he can, but in English, at the reception, the Russian-speaking woman is very pleasant, and very polite, and even helped physically. The room was cleaned daily, probably at lunch. It's always clean. The refrigerator is air conditioned. Balcony. View of the city.. Teapot. Tea. Sugar. Accessories are not discussed, they were clean every day. There is a terrace on the top floor. Right away, there is a shock store nearby.

It is very difficult to call a hotel, even 1 star is a lot for it. We rented a room for a day, after checking in, there was no desire to stay in this room. Dirty, hair everywhere, in the room, stink, there is a gas boiler on the wall that turns on when you wash in the shower or neighbors, the doors on the closet are held on one hinge. There is smoking in the corridor, there are even rooms with Windows facing the corridor. The shower is leaking. The room is very small. One plus is the administrator in Russian

The hotel is, of course, ideally located. Istiklal Street is right there. But, the rooms are tiny, the view was into the wall of another building, where there was also a pigeon corpse and the hood was from the kitchen. The bathroom is flimsy. Then they changed our room to an upper floor with a balcony. We are in Istanbul for the 5th time. All the hotels in the center have a small area, we understand this. But here, of course, everything is old and tired inside, but this is the very center, so the location was more important to us

I didn't like anything.
1. all shelves were mildewed
2. the refrigerator is dirty and forced to wash
3. about dirty, there was food smeared on the floor
4. a pipe was leaking in the bathroom, everything was flooded, you can't go to the toilet without slippers, they did it only after 5 days
5. blankets with holes where you can put your hand through
6. windows are broken for air conditioning hoses, all air conditioners are right under the window, everything is noisy. there is no sound insulation at all
7. the dishes are dirty, I also had to ask to wash them 2 times
8. the internet didn't work almost. I had to hand out my own from the phone
9. women's hair is everywhere, very dirty
10. I wanted to return the money but was not allowed, they offered to move to the main hotel, but it was not very good there either. I have a gas heater over my head above the bed that turned on when the neighbors came.
and the pipe that went out was simply held in a hole in the wall, where I saw from a room in the wall every evening how the birds flew in and pecked and spent the night on the pipe. so we fell asleep together)
11. the light bulb burned out, I sat for 3 days without light. people don't react at all.
12. when the first day arrived, they settled in the wrong room that I paid for, they said it was occupied
13. in general, I changed my home 3 times
14. they don't make any transfers. Overall, this is the worst place I've ever stayed. when they changed the room to a hotel, the owner threatened me that I would create problems myself, that they would expel me. be careful life is more precious than anything

Terrible hotel. They absolutely ask for extra money for everything! I don 't recommend it .You can find a more adequate attitude and better conditions nearby

Сказал, просто положили полотенце на пол и дальше капает

Простенько, чисто, кондиционер не работал и вопрос не решили, хотя не однократно на ресепшене просил.
