A normal budget hotel with clean rooms and everything you need in them, excellent breakfasts, cozy, a little away from the main street with its cars, music and vacationers. We spent a week with a family of 3 people with a child in a room with three comfortable, clean beds on the third floor. We rested here in August 2025, it is located almost in the center, next to the bus stop, but there is a very bad road leading from the bus stop to the hotel itself, which cannot be called a road, it is full of potholes, holes, it is not illuminated at night, you go to the hotel almost by touch. The rooms are normal, but with an old renovation, they are almost not cleaned, the garbage is taken out, the breakfasts are monotonous, but the porridge is delicious, there are few tables, so if you arrive on time or a little later than the start of breakfast, you may have to wait a little while until a table is available. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby. There is a "night club" nearby, music can be heard until 2 a.m., it's very stuffy not to fall asleep with the window open or closed. In general, it is normal, since we did not come to sit in the room, but to enjoy the beauties of Burabay, to go on excursions.

Among the disadvantages: the rooms are poorly cleaned, towels are poorly washed, cobwebs are everywhere, during the 5 days of stay in this guest house, the room was cleaned 2 times, one of which, after comments and requests, the Internet on the 1st and 2nd floors, while it is forbidden to be on the 1st floor so as not to interfere with the administrator. There is no pool, the yard is small and full of cars, the water is hot and cold does not run in the morning. If you are used to cleanliness and comfort, then it is better to pay extra and settle in a better place.
