I liked the hotel for the responsive and caring staff at the reception.
Very tasty breakfasts included not only European dishes, but also national dishes
Sauna, swimming pool, clean, tidy, enjoyed walking in the evening - you need to make an appointment in advance
Minuses
The subway, it's right under the hotel and the hotel literally shakes every time the train passes, the subway does not work at night, but the first train goes at about six o'clock in the morning - there are no options to sleep further, well, except for people with sound sleep
And yet, I already realized that maids in Uzbekistan usually do not wash the floors when cleaning, it's a pity, nothing spoils the impression of the hotel like streaks and dust on the floor, washing the floors after each guest is not a great problem…
And also about the maids, she did not close the room after cleaning, and when we came in the evening and found the door open, we were really worried, nothing was missing from the room, fortunately, but such irresponsibility does not belong in a hotel that claims 4 stars.

A good hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay in a standard room: disposable slippers, hygiene products, mineral water, a kettle with a set of tea and coffee. The room is clean, it is important that it is not smoky (strict prohibition), the bed linen is fresh, soft, the mattress is very comfortable for rest. Many people write about breakfast and there is no point in repeating myself, I will add that fresh fruits and local desserts were available.
The lobby staff are young people, they do an excellent job with their duties. They will kindly prompt the solution of any questions of the guest, instantly offer help. Everyone speaks Russian perfectly, which is very nice. It is clear that the hotel is fighting for customers and they are succeeding.

Great hotel, great location.
Very pleasant staff, polite, speak Russian well, they will tell you everything, help you.
The breakfasts are varied and very tasty.
A separate love is the pool -hammam. It is booked separately for each room and only you will be there!
Convenient location, close to Chorsu market, metro. The city park is a 25-minute walk away, and the Hazret Imam complex is about the same.
I definitely recommend it!

I've been to this hotel twice. I was looking for an affordable hotel, walking distance to Chorsu Bazaar, metro station and cultural monuments.
For the first time, the hotel exceeded all my expectations - breakfast as a compliment when checking in after 14:00. I ate and went about my business, clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel has a SPA (by appointment, only for an hour). HALAL. We rented a two-room room with a family for 2 nights.
However, the second visit shocked us - the reception was already rude, we signed up for a SPA from 18:00 to 19:00 hours, for this we abandoned the water park. But upon arrival, we were informed that the system glitched and our record was canceled, and the nearest record is from 9 to 10 a.m.
We were also told that the SPA is open from 8:00 to 21:00 hours, but the bearded men swam and swam until 23:00 hours. Is there a discount for believers???

Marwa is a luxury. A cozy, clean, comfortable hotel. Comfortable mattresses, clean shower room, soft towels. The service is excellent. The staff is polite, friendly, attentive. A nice bonus to our stay was the beautiful SPA.
INSANELY delicious, plentiful breakfasts.
The location is convenient. There is a Chorsu market nearby.
Many thanks to the owner and the Staff for our comfortable stay.

I really liked the hotel. Excellent service - we are always ready to help with reviews, answer all questions, and are very friendly.
Great breakfasts! The rooms are large and comfortable.
We lived in a family room - 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms.knots! Nice beds and pillows.
The hotel is located in the old part of the city, respectively, there is no active movement here -silence.
On the downside, it seemed to me that the water pressure was too weak.

A small cozy hotel. Clean, pretty, smells nice. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. But some fatigue of the hotel is present. The water in the shower and sink does not go away properly, the bed linen is clean, but stained, torn in some places. There is breakfast, as simple as possible. Alcohol is prohibited in the hotel.

This is an amazing hotel!
Firstly, it is located near the metro and Chorsu market.
Secondly, very clean rooms, clean reception, dining room, swimming pool.
Thirdly, there is a swimming pool + sauna, every day for an hour for free. Yes, you need to make an appointment in advance, but this is not a difficult organizational issue. The pool is decent in size, clean, everything is very pleasant.
We booked at check-in for every day, there were no problems.
Fourth, they do not spare the water (yes, we also noticed this). You can ask for additional bottled water in the room and then no one will count the additional costs.
Fifth, the most important thing after cleanliness in my opinion is the staff! These are just fantastic guys. I have not seen such a service anywhere else. It's worth going to this hotel just for them)

There are no complaints about the hotel. We lived for 4 nights and it so happened that in different rooms, the attic room was the least liked, the subway is noisy like an earthquake. Breakfast from 7 to 10 was always excellent, the room has a dental kit and cometic accessories, the mattresses are hard, but they really suited us with sore backs, there are just no words how comfortable it is to sleep. The reception staff are amazing guys, they always helped, advised what to see and where to go. With all this, I will not come to Tashkent and Uzbekistan anymore, Russians constantly want to cheat, the price is 4 times too high for us, both on the market and on weekend tickets, for example in Samarkand, I understand everything, but this is tin. For example, I ask for 1 medicine in a pharmacy, they put two, I ask for 1 pomegranate, they shove 3. I came to a silk store in Margilan, took tents, took out 2 00.00 0 thousand sums gave to the seller, he grabbed and ran to pack a handkerchief, returned and says that I did not give him money. Damn, I just don't have the words. Do they take Russians for idiots at all? I will never come back here again and I do not advise anyone. I'm fed up with thieves and liars. Nightmare.

Great hotel, everything is new. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. They gave us room 401, on the 4th floor, a glass elevator with a view of the city. In the room: smart TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, safe, two bottles of water, the whole set of "soap and soap" accessories. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Very clean and tidy. We didn't get to breakfast, lunch boxes were assembled for us on request.
A separate feature is a sauna-hammam-swimming pool. The only thing is to book your time, as the entire complex with a swimming pool and sauna will be at your disposal, and no one but you! It was great of course! The complex is open until 20:00.
The reception is Russian-speaking, all questions were answered.
The location is convenient, near the famous Chorsu market, with the metro station of the same name, you can drive anywhere in Tashkent without problems.
I recommend the hotel, I had a pleasant experience.

Good afternoon!
I would like to recommend the MARWA hotel for some reasons: a new cozy hotel; responsive, smiling and always ready to help staff; excellent room service, cleanliness and order;
a varied and suitable buffet for everyone in the morning;
a great addition to all of the above spa, sauna and swimming pool.
In our opinion, the soul of this hospitable hotel is Nodyr, who is always ready to help and answer any question, settle any, even the smallest problem))
There are just a lot of impressions and positive emotions 👍👍👍
Thank you for the warm welcome, Tashkent

We stayed first for one night, then after traveling around Uzbekistan we decided not to look for anything else, the hotel is clean, the famous Chorsu market is 1 km away, the friendly guys at the reception at the hotel itself, all our requests were solved immediately, clean, smells good in the corridor, the rooms have all bathroom accessories, towels really came across tired, We liked the breakfasts, we didn't stay hungry. There is a swimming pool there, but an appointment is needed, we did not use it. If we go there, we won't even think about it, we'll stop there. On departure, the luggage was weighed, there is a free luggage storage in case you have a late departure, i.e. you left your things and went for a walk. Next to Lagman House, we ate a couple of times and liked everything. Thanks

Great hotel! We arrived at night, were greeted amicably, paid in dollars-we gave change in Soums exactly at the bank's exchange rate. Clean, cozy, new modern decoration. The room was on the 6th floor, of course there is noise from the city if the windows are open, but this has its own romance)It's better to come early for breakfast, and the food somehow looks more appetizing and the table in the courtyard is easier to occupy. The spa area is wonderful and for an hour a day just for you.The location of the hotel is good, near the Chorsu market-we bought fruits there, took a taxi around the city, Yandex works, I wanted to visit a lot of places.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We lived on the 3rd floor with windows facing the courtyard and the room was quiet. The hotel is located next to Chorsu Market. You can also walk to the Hazrat Imam complex. The hotel is small, only 50 rooms, modern, not tired. On each floor there are paintings with sights and motifs of Uzbekistan. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towels are changed as needed. The breakfasts are good, varied. The pool and sauna are open by appointment only from 7 am to 8 pm. 1 hour is allocated for each number. In 4 days we managed to go 1 time. The hotel staff went to a meeting and booked us for a later time from 21 to 22:00 as we were returning closer to 21:00. At any time, you can ask the hotel administrators for coffee or tea. Sit in the lobby or in a restaurant. They will bring not only coffee and tea, but also cookies. At any time, you can ask to call a taxi, it will arrive within 2-3 minutes. The only disadvantage is that there are no cafes and restaurants near the hotel where you can go for dinner. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel is new, but there are disadvantages! The air conditioners are noisy and smell damp! Audibility in the rooms - you can hear the corridor and neighboring rooms!
The rooms are cleaned well every day.
Towels are changed as needed.
The breakfasts are ordinary, but the extractor hood in the kitchen is terrible! The whole room smelled like overcooked food-it's TERRIBLE! The beds are hard - the feeling that you are lying on a hard stone floor that has been covered with a blanket!!!
If you refine the cons, everything will be fine!
