Convenient location, 5 minutes to the train station.
7 minutes to Buenos Aires Avenue and the metro. 2 minutes to the tram stop.
Clean small room, warm, cozy.
The cafe has amazing coffee, cocoa and homemade cakes, croissants, muffins, frozen.
A good wine library, and snacks.
Of the minor disadvantages, there is a steep spiral staircase, and a recommendation to walk in slippers by room (the floor is concrete).
For your money, it is quite a good offer.
It's Milan after all!!!

This is a good comfortable hotel - very close to the central station, helpful staff, clean rooms. It is important that the windows of the room do not face the street (it may be too noisy there)
