The hotel is terrible, dirty. The food is disgusting, the dishes are dirty, the drinking glasses are disposable paper. Many visitors suffered from poisoning or contracted rotavirus. The plumbing in the rooms is dead, rusty. It's a pity for the vacation and money spent.

A typical city hotel with a good location in the Bencoolen area, but with modest facilities. We stayed for a couple of nights during the tour, I would not like to stay here any longer. A tiny room, the entire area of which is occupied by a bed. They could not open the suitcases: they could only pull things out of the slightly open crack with their fingers, which there was absolutely nowhere to hang. Air conditioning, safe, Wi-Fi, slippers, kettle, 2 bottles of water available. The reception staff is courteous and helpful. A modest breakfast is served in a nearby cafe. Moreover, the management of the hotel and the cafe, apparently, are not very friendly and do not meet the guests halfway. We had an early departure, but we were not given a prepaid breakfast in the form of a lunch box: the owners did not agree among themselves! And such disloyalty and inattention to the guests of the Mi hotel were depressing
