We stayed there as a family in 2015. A decent hotel. Wi-Fi was free (nonsense for Singapore). I will not appreciate the kitchen, we only had breakfast. The number wasn't too fresh, but it wasn't critical. In general, the family traveled on the principle of "you only need to look for the pros in everything", and those who want the cons will always find them, even in an eight-star hotel.

Quite a normal hotel, no frills. Everything is available. I was at work.
