Through booking, I booked a Deluxe room in this hotel for myself and my wife. We arrived, the hostess met us on the street, and from the threshold she began to praise her hotel, explaining that it was the best, located in the very center of Kutaisi and we would be just delighted. When we went through the gate, the first thing we saw was the drying bed and underwear hanging on ropes. Going inside, the hostess immediately changed her enthusiastic tone and said that unfortunately the Deluxe room is currently occupied and she can offer another room with a discount, which we should definitely like. The room is a room with a width of 2m and a length of 3m with one window overlooking this most drying bed linen. Of the furniture, there is only a double bed, which is pushed to the window on one side, and on the other side there is still a distance of 0.5 m to the wall. There is also a door to the toilet, which is also a shower cabin. Looking around her house visually, I concluded that there was no Deluxe room there at all. There is absolutely no place for him there. After we said that we were not satisfied with this, she offered to take us by car to another hotel, also in the center, and allegedly, we just can't help liking this hotel. Arriving there, we decided to stay, as we arrived for only 1 night. The room in which we settled for 1.5 stars: the total area is about 12-15m with a toilet. The furniture consists of a 2-bedroom bed with a sagging mattress, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, two ottomans and a small table. To turn the bed on the other side, the ottomans need to step over. One chandelier on the ceiling, no bedside lamps. There are no glasses in the shower room, so the water pours directly onto the floor. There was no refrigerator in the whole hotel to put medicine in. I would like the Booking team to better check those hotels that it offers to its customers..
