Good response staff and good clean...

We celebrated the new year 2025 in Mogilev. We took several rooms for a large company.
The comfort double rooms are very small. Everything is clean: towels, bed linen. The beds are comfortable. There are bedside tables, a TV, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and a shower stall.
The water in the cooler on the floor is hot and cold - it was always fresh. The elevators were working properly. The rooms were on 7,8,12 floors.
Studios are excellent options on the 7th floor. But there weren't enough of them for everyone, so they gathered to celebrate NG himself in one room. If the windows of the room overlook the courtyard, and not the entrance to the hotel, the balconies open. There is no central entrance to the hotel, there are not even handles. It was important and necessary for us.
Another advantage is parking. Large, roomy, comfortable, guarded, right under the Windows. We had it included in the price.
There were comments on the speed of decision-making and assistance. We contacted the reception with questions. they waited for answers, as in the Soviet Union, for a long time) But this did not spoil the impression of the hotel, but on the contrary, it brought a little national flavor)
The location is excellent. Unity Square, where the main New Year celebrations were held, is only a kilometer away. Glory Square and the Museum of Local Lore are 2 km away. Everything is clean, tidy, the road is clear, public transport is nearby.
We had a great New Year, discovered a new city with a wonderful history, which we wish to everyone)

A good hotel for its segment. Neat, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and mattresses, lots of light, blackout curtains, a kettle. Excellent breakfast, three coffee machines, a wide range of snacks and hot dishes, we lived during the peak period, but there were no queues, there was enough for everyone, caring staff. Excellent value for money, clean, cozy, delicious breakfasts. No frills, there is shampoo, soap, 3 snow-white towels, a comfortable mattress, a mini fridge, air conditioning, blackout curtains to sleep off the road, and the excellent location of the hotel. It has a very picturesque location, and it's always nice to walk along the embankment in the evening. The hotel is quite comfortable and clean enough. A varied selection of dishes for breakfast, you can always find something to suit your taste. The only thing that is not always pleasing is the responsiveness of the reception staff. You don't have to do it one time at a time. And I would like not to spoil my mood on work trips.

A monumental building! I was lucky to have a view of the city from the window. The rooms were cozy, spacious, and had a balcony. The room is clean, there is a TV and a refrigerator. Affordable price per room. There is a cooler on the floor. Secured parking was provided for an additional fee, and there is an opportunity to get to the cafe on the 1st floor for breakfast. The staff is friendly and performs their duties professionally.

We visited Mogilev during sports competitions with children, checked into a hotel, put us in single rooms.
The rooms are large enough, comfortable bed, amazing view of the city from the 6th floor, balcony, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning.
The only thing I would like to note is the lack of HOT WATER in the shower, and the presence of water at room temperature, which made it very difficult to take an evening shower. PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EPISODE.
There is a cooler with warm water and room temperature water in the compressor.
The receptionists are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in the city center. Shopping malls, shopping malls, attractions and a pedestrian street are 5-15 minutes away on foot.
The rooms are clean, the view from the windows is nice.
Breakfast is like everywhere else, a buffet - you will not stay hungry.
One disadvantage is that the cafe closes at 22.00. There is not enough bar or restaurant to sit at night.
To the right of the entrance is a store that is open until two in the morning - you can buy everything you need, from toothpaste to sausage.

We traveled from Novosibirsk to our husband's homeland. We were passing through Mogilev. We stayed at the Mogilev Hotel. Despite the general Soviet atmosphere, the window offers a great view of the river. The room was occupied in the comfort category, we advise you to pay a little extra.
I would like to note the cleanliness of the room and the corridors. Towels are changed regularly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were in a family circle!
In particular, they became very friendly with Anastasia, the cleaner. It seems that a person treats his profession with pleasure. If we had a question, we immediately searched for it and received comprehensive answers. It is very pleasant to talk to her, it is clear that the employees have very developed corporate ethics. She gave us a short tour of the hotel, told us where to wash your hands before eating, and left a good impression.
In general, we have been to many hotels in both Russia and Belarus, and such a family atmosphere can only be found in Mogilev. We definitely recommend it!

The hotel has a good location. Close to shops and attractions. The rooms are clean, the renovation and furniture have been updated, the whitest bed linen, but there are many minor flaws. There is barely warm water from the hot tap, no foot towel, no hanger in the hallway and no place for a suitcase. The refrigerator wasn't working. One chair and one bedside table in a double room. If you close your eyes to all the shortcomings, in general you can live, but not comfortably.

A large hotel in the city center, the room stock is diverse.
The room is clean, the linen and towels are snow-white, the plumbing is working properly.
One of the disadvantages (single comfort) is the carpet on the floor and the absence of a hanger or any shelf at the entrance to the room. I have to go to the room in my shoes and outerwear, there's a closet. You can't leave your suitcase or bag at the entrance either, the passage is too narrow.
Budget cafe, serving trays.
In the morning, a buffet breakfast, a good choice of 20 rubles.
Parking is paid for 10 rubles.

We came to Mogilev for the weekend. We stayed at this hotel. The location is great. It's not far from the train station, to the city center too. There are shops, cafes, public transport stops nearby.
The room was taken as a single comfort with accommodation for two. The check-in was quick. The receptionist was polite and answered all the questions. The room is cozy, comfortable and clean. A comfortable soft bed with large pillows (and then usually in hotels you want to cry). Refrigerator, air conditioning in the room. There is everything for a comfortable stay.
There is a cooler on the floor.
The balcony offers a beautiful view of the city.
The minus is small:
1. Lack of slippers. The room has a balcony, which cannot be accessed without shoes. Walking around the room in street shoes is such a thing. Sneakers are not provided. It's good that we took it with us just in case.

+ We were provided for a couple of hours in the conference room for a choral rehearsal (we came with a strong concert in the church)
- But only on Friday, at early check-in, the cafe was closed for "special service". They offered to get dressed and look in the city. It was very disappointing. In this case, it would be good for the administration to consider an alternative option at the hotel itself.
- The elevators were often stuck (there was a large group of children in the hotel).

Everything is good, clean. But there was a lot of wind blowing out of the window in the room, they asked the reception to fix it. It was fixed, but by the evening it was still cool in the room. And there are beautiful girls at the reception, but NOT ONE of THEM has smiled in three days. Neither to us, nor to the other guests (for the sake of interest, I began to observe when I was in the lobby). At first I thought they didn't like me, but then I realized that it was the same with everyone. Otherwise, it's cool. It's clean and cozy. But the girls should have been at least a little more friendly, otherwise at some point it even became inconvenient to address. You don't have to curtsy, of course. It's not about that, but when a person (I mean myself personally) comes up smiling broadly, a smile in response to the guest would be pleasant!

Every time I come to Belarus, I go to this hotel. It's a very cool, cozy place, not far from the center (about 10 minutes on foot), and breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are delicious.The only significant disadvantage is the view from the window. If you are lucky with the room, then you will have a wonderful view from the window, when from the other side there is just a view of some building. I visit the Republic of Belarus every year. If I come to Mogilev, I stay only at the Mogilev hotel. Very convenient location..the city center is within walking distance..there is a Cornflower restaurant nearby..The City Hall is 25 minutes away along the pedestrian street. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor where you can always have a cheap snack. I recommend my favorite Mogilev hotel..be sure to stay here... you won't regret it for sure.

There is not enough hair balm and a shelf in the shower, there is nowhere to put shampoo or gel...The water is in the cooler on the floor. The cafe is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The food is delicious. Breakfast buffet is 20 BYN. Dinner salad+tea+ chicken kebab and potatoes are also about 20 byn. The staff took into account our wishes regarding the room - we needed a low-floor shower cabin, for which we thank them very much! Customer orientation is excellent! There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the floor. The water is delicious.
The breakfast was a buffet: no frills, but everything was necessary. The products are delicious and of high quality.
The car was parked in front of the hotel in a secure parking lot, and they didn't charge us a penny for it, although the reception indicated that parking was paid. A nice bonus turned out)
I recommend it, it is a good hotel with high service.

The hotel is good, convenient location, everything is within walking distance. The rooms are nice, clean, there are soap accessories, refrigerator, balcony. There is a guarded Parking lot, the fee is 7 rubles Belarusian rubles per day.
Everything is very reasonable for the price.
Breakfasts were not included in the price and, to be honest, not very much at all, they came at 9-9.30 there were no cheesecakes, pancakes, etc., it was bland and dry (dumplings, steak, chop), I did not like it.
And with regard to the hotel, everything is fine!

I really liked the Mogilev hotel. In the city center, everything is within walking distance, the Perekrestok store is across the street. There is a cafe in the hotel, but I was not particularly impressed, so I went to the center, where there are many different places where you can eat delicious food.
The hotel staff is polite and attentive. I stopped by at 5 a.m., no problem. The rooms are large, clean, air-conditioned. There is no hair dryer, but this is not a problem for me, I always take my travel one. Leaving for Minsk is not a problem, because there is a bus stop nearby and minibuses run. Everything is convenient and comfortable. Therefore, I definitely recommend it for travelers.

I recently stayed at the Mogilev Hotel during my trip to Belarus and was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and service. The hotel is located in the very center of Mogilev, on the banks of the Dubrovenka River, which adds a special charm to my stay.2

The Mogilev Hotel also offers convenient secured parking, which was important for me, since I travel by car. The cafe and restaurant in the hotel offer a varied menu, which allowed me to enjoy the local cuisine.

I didn't like the hotel. I didn't find any advantages other than the location. The rooms are tired, the furnishings are poor, the furniture is old. The room is poorly equipped: there is only one mirror in the room and that is in the bathroom.node. The sink is at knee level, and there's not even a shelf above the sink to put your hair on.accessories. There is no hair dryer, but the most interesting thing is that there is not even an outlet in the bathroom. There are only 2 towels (bath towel and face towel), no foot towel. There are no complaints about the mattress and pillow, but the bed linen is stained. There is one bedside table and one chair in the room for two people. I'm not talking about the closet at all - it's some kind of pencil case with one shelf at the top and hangers, which was stuck between the wall and the bed. There is a dusty, littered carpet on the floor. As for cleaning: the garbage was taken out, hygiene products (mini shampoo and mini soap) were added, I don't know about the rest. There is no kettle in the room. There is a cooler on the floor, but it is unclear how to make tea (there are only 2 glasses in the room), no water jug, no water bottle, as in all normal hotels. Nutrition is a separate conversation - I haven't seen such a mess anywhere for a long time. In my opinion, the hotel focuses on quantity at the expense of quality. Groups are constantly arriving, and the girls at the reception said that 1,000 people arrive every day. There are a lot of people in the dining room, there were half an hour at the distribution, there are no tables available, dirty dishes are not cleaned. The hotel guests themselves put dirty dishes on the windowsills to make room for themselves at the table. The impression is negative. I would not advise anyone to stay in this hotel.

She stayed at the hotel from 8.05 to 13.05.25. I am an experienced tourist from the Moscow region. I was in Mogilev with friends for the first time. We chose this hotel mainly because of the availability of parking. The hotel is 3 stars, corresponds to its stardom. I lived on the 6th floor, I have no complaints about the room. The room is ordinary and clean. We arrived when the heating was already turned off. The weather was cold and rainy. My friends were accommodated on the 8th floor, and they were just unlucky. The air conditioner only worked for cooling and there was no hot water in the room. The number was changed only two days later, after repeated requests.
Disadvantages: 1. two shifts at the reception were very rude, there was no question of smiles on their faces, they talked through their teeth, and not politely.
2. The breakfasts are standard in terms of a set of products. But it's very difficult to call them warm, the food was cold, and the coffee from the vending machines was not delicious.
If I come next time, I will not choose this hotel.
