A wonderful hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, hammam. The pool is warm, which is very pleasing. Our room is large and spacious. The room has a room for outdoor shoes and suitcases, a dressing room, a bathroom, three separate balconies. The view of the lake is simply gorgeous. We celebrated the New Year 2026, the staff is polite, everything is clean, the food is very tasty and varied.

The location and the view from the window is something unique.. comfortable rooms, polite and attentive staff, delicious food and this is only part of the positive emotions that evoke memories of staying in this complex... And there is also a swimming pool nearby with very pleasant prices. The only wish is to install the elevators faster)

We spent the night here once, and remembered the forgotten feelings, like in a Soviet dispensary. The standard room, we didn't expect anything special, BUT! On the double bed, there is one double blanket for two, and it is also tucked across the duvet cover, which had to be refilled (it is unclear whether the hotel staff does not know how to do this?). There is also one set of towels, although the room was booked in advance for two. The glasses in the room are dirty, and a bunch of other people's hair and dust flew out from under the furniture. There are holes in the bathroom wall from torn shelves and soap dishes - why not repair or replace them? We were there on April 16, and the weather had just turned bad: rain, cold wind; when I checked in, I asked if the rooms were warm, and the answer was, "It's still warm." We did not attach importance to the word "bye"...The battery was warm in the evening and icy in the morning...Why wasn't there a warning? We packed up in the morning, like in a crypt, I didn't want to get boring, but it was the last day of our trip to Belarus, and it was a shame that the impression was ruined by this overnight stay.
