Excellent location in the old town, attractions, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. The breakfasts are very tasty, the choice of dishes is small, but the housewives cooked themselves: khachapuri with meat, pumpkin, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, cottage cheese, fruits, tea. In the evening, the company gathered on the roof veranda, a cool view of the old town. Of the cons, the toilet seat was falling off, the rooms are small, but we only came to sleep in them at night, there is good Internet. The host is friendly, answered all questions.

The location of the hotel is great! On a quiet street, without fuss.but the Ark Fortress is 3 minutes away, and the old town center is 7 minutes away. The terrace above is with a great view.Breakfast is served there in the morning.It's quite satisfying.It is cool and windy on the terrace in the morning.
The rooms are small, the beds are hard- but this is almost everywhere in Uzbekistan. There is a boiler in the bathroom, hot water is always available, but it is difficult to set it up - either very hot or cold.There are 3 towels per person, but to change them, you need to ask the owners.

The advantages are the excellent location and good breakfasts. The rest is cons. The TVs in the rooms do not work (we lived in two rooms), there is not even a curtain in the shower, let alone a door, there are not even glasses for toothpaste and brushes. There are no chairs or armchairs in the rooms. There are no glasses for water, as well as the water itself. The closet is small, there are no hangers for outerwear either. The rooms are not cleaned, even the garbage is not thrown away. I don't recommend staying here. There are many hotels and guest houses nearby

We liked the guest house - it has a good location relative to the sights, it is located in the very center. The room was clean and comfortable, if possible - we would recommend adding a table to the room, a refrigerator in the common area.
Breakfast is served on the upper terrace overlooking the main square, the breakfast itself is varied and delicious, takes place in the form of a buffet. We spent three days here with pleasure, thanks to the hosts.

The hotel looks good for a family guest house, the rooms are clean, the hospitality does not smell. In the evening, the lights went out in half of the hotel, we spent the evening, night and morning in the dark, did not wash, did not go to the toilet. All gadgets are discharged. The hotel staff did nothing but offer us a flashlight. Upon departure, they asked for a discount for not convenience, but the owner refused, or rather threw off 20 thousand sums, which is 150 rubles. Apparently, he considered this inconvenience insignificant.

But at the same time, the feeling of some kind of neglect and unwillingness of the owners to invest in maintaining the normal condition of the house does not leave everywhere.

Wonderful hotel, stayed in a 4-bed room. The breakfasts are very dense and delicious, the hosts are wonderful, they live in another wing of the house. The rooms are clean, the water pressure is good, the plumbing is also in perfect order. It is located right in the center, 10-15 minutes to all attractions. I advise you!!!

There are no such figures in tourist fees.

30,000 amounts if the numbers are from 11 to 40.
If more than 40, then 45,000 amounts.
The hotel has 6 rooms! What are 65,000 amounts per person?

Отель колоритный ( называется семейный гестхаус), небольшой, но мне очень понравился. Открылся 2 года назад. Всё новое, следов поломок не заметил. Хозяин гостеприимный, встречает и провожает, с обменом валюты помогает по хорошему курсу, советами... В номере очень чисто, персонал вежливый, уборка каждый день. Завтраки это отдельный разговор- вкусные и плотные, причем можно ещё и дополнительные блюда заказывать (яйчницу, омлет или кашу). Завтрак накрывают на крыше отеля, откуда открываетмя потрясающий вид на Старый город . Также на крыше можно и вечером там отдыхать и любоваться подсветкой Старого города, чоо мы и делали

Гостевой дом с хорошими условиями, вкусными завтраками, приветливыми хозяевами. Расположен в 5-15 минутах ходьбы от основных исторических достопримечательностей (Крепость Арк - 5 мин., минарет Калян - около 15).

Удобно в центре. Цена не низкая,можно наличными рублями, но курс ниже чем на рынке. Можно купить хороший алкоголь. Прекрасный диаграммный вид с 3го этажа веранды. Лестница на 2й этаж неудобная, винтовая. Но для Узбекистана, Бухары вполне. Если поеду ещё здоровым, то можно и сюда, к Азизу.

Были в гостях у Азиза и его семьи 3 ночи в мае. Номер был очень чистый и комфортный. Душ удобный, с водой проблем не было. Утром нас накормили чудесным завтраком на террасе на крыше дома с который открывается прекрасный вид на основные достопримечательности Бухары.
Расположение очень порадовало, рядом все что так привлекает в этом городе.
На территории гостевого дома уверено работает вай-фай, скорость соединения хорошая, хватает на зум можно поработать.
