I liked the hotel, it was small, cozy, and clean. The location is very good, we walked both to the Galata Tower and to the embankment. The only thing that marred the start of the holiday was a meeting at the reception, the administrator demanded to pay for the accommodation, although everything was paid for through the Island. And only when I started calling the Island to confirm the payment, he immediately let us through and gave us the room key. I've already read about such a divorce, it's very unpleasant. I liked the breakfasts, everything was fresh, even my fastidious teenage daughter ate, and it's hard to please her. Cleaned every day, clean.

Excellent hotel in the city center at an adequate price. Friendly staff, cleaning and linen change daily. One of the disadvantages is breakfast. A cold appetizer of cheeses, ham, eggs, and more. It gets boring on the 3rd day. We ate breakfast on our own at the nearby eateries. We took it with breakfast included. There is no noise from the pedestrian street of Taksim Square, as it is located 2 minutes from the main street. Taksim Metro station is a 5-minute walk away. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as shops for every taste.

I was on vacation with a friend from April 17th to April 24th. The location is good, tram, metro, Istiklal St., Taksim Square, all transport at the interchange. Across Istiklal Street, public transport goes straight down to the right and left, and you can navigate it well on the map. The hotel is very clean, the room is cleaned every day, excellent cleaning staff. This is where the advantages of the hotel end! The breakfasts are of the same type, which the waiter brings out, placing his fingers on the sausage, then on the cheese (We had enough food, but the miracle waiter almost removed the tray from his hands so that they would not linger) There is a separate story about the employees at the reception... No greetings, no response, no greeting, no good morning, no good evening... Of course, we went through it without that, but it doesn't look like Turkish hospitality, and we wanted to do the same in return, but we decided that we were better than them and smiled at them all the time, greeting them) There is only shampoo, gel and slippers in the room. Keep in mind when choosing this hotel! The bathroom is separated by a glass partition and after the shower, the room is damp, the windows do not open, we opened the door to the hallway, but it did not save! It's kind of low for 4 stars for convenience and service. I was at Sultanahmet in November at 3, it was much more comfortable!
