A magnificent hotel with a national flavor in the very center of the city!
You shouldn't expect five-star comfort, but for three stars it's just great!
Very cool authentic atmosphere. It's beautiful, cozy, almost homelike, and at the same time almost like in a museum.
Very hospitable and friendly staff.
Delicious, again like a homemade breakfast. Not too much variety, but quite enough.

A very cozy, stylized hotel. The rooms are spacious. The location is above all praise. Within walking distance of the museum, shops, banks, ... this is the city center!!! Buffet 4+. Individual dishes must be ordered additionally. 5-7 minutes and everything will be ready.
There are also disadvantages. Water, tea, and coffee were not provided in the room. Sometimes I had to contact the administrator to get it.

A beautiful and cozy hotel, very friendly staff. Cool location in the very center of the city, close to many establishments, restaurants, caffeine.
We rented the most expensive room in the hotel, called Delux. The room was quite dirty, there was a lot of dust and dirt behind the bedside tables, behind the cabinets, and when you come with a small child, it all makes you sad. The staff was told about this on the very first evening, then for several days we had cleaning done in the morning. Therefore, we put the 4th one with a stretch. Although for such money it would be possible not to get such a negative experience at all.

I really liked the hotel. Extremely convenient location, 400 meters to the Central Department Store and almost in the park. It is convenient to walk. The room is large with a seating area. On the third floor there is a terrace with tables where you can order food and eat while admiring the city. The hotel "with a soul" is designed in a national style. The price was pleasant, compared with other hotels. Booked directly.

Cozy, very harmonious, concise, but not empty. The rooms are different, mine was probably the smallest, but it's definitely enough for one. 1 minute walk to the Opera and Ballet Theatre. The reception is very customer-oriented, But the bartender at breakfast probably surpasses everyone with his care.

Three points for the fact that the rooms are not cleaned, the bed is not changed. We lived for a week, the room was cleaned once (garbage was taken out), the bed linen was not changed. Dusty carpets, hard to breathe. I took off 2 points for this.

The hotel is so-so. The staff is very polite, the design is interesting, but the renovation was a long time ago, the rooms look stale, the bathroom is generally creepy, there are no curtains, the bathtub and tiles are terrible. An uncomfortable desk, legs do not fit under it, just sit sideways. The room is locked with a good old key.... There is no restaurant, but you can order through the reception and pay with a card. The breakfasts are quite modest, there is no boiled, steamed food, very fried and fatty. The location is in the very center of the city, with Windows overlooking the park.

The price does not match the conditions of the accommodation! After paying 5,600rubles for a room, you don't get the usual things for this money: a hairdryer in the bathroom, drinking water in the room, an iron is just sad ... my wife couldn't iron things properly! There is no ironing board, I had to iron on the bed and then all things became wet because the iron is sad! Ordering food in the room, the price on the menu does not correspond to reality! This is reported only when the order is brought to the room! And it's all served in plastic containers!:))
Reviews about the design of the hotel are not true! The hall is made in the national style and that's the end of it! The rooms are ordinary!

I really liked the interior of the hotel. Everything is made with love, in the folk style. The carpets and paintings on the walls are handmade from felt, so the owners will ask you to put on shoe covers. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. Well done!!!

We chose this hotel for New Year's Eve! We really wanted it in a traditional style! And you know, you didn't lose it! The rooms are fresh, carpets everywhere, unusual chandeliers and woven paintings! And the terrace there is so amazing! I want these sofas at home now) As a compliment, we were served fruits. Nice to meet you, thanks❤. And another important point that has been preserved in memory is that during the check-in they tell about the history of carpets hanging in the hotel and about the traditions of the Kyrgyz.
