It's a very cozy hotel. The rooms, bathroom and linen are clean. There is air conditioning and refrigerator, hot water. There is no restaurant or breakfast, but it is 5 minutes away. There are cafes and shops nearby. There is a shared kitchen on the ground floor, there is an electric kettle and gas in a cylinder (for heating, but not for cooking). The garden has fruit trees and roses, very beautiful.
