Convenient location - within walking distance of the main attractions, but far from the train station. Clean, the room is nice - kettle, refrigerator. The staff is friendly, they will tell you all the points, the check-in is fast. The disadvantages are slightly tired furniture, especially chairs, and scary insulation on the kettle wire. Old TV, no cooler on the floor, questions for the shower door. There is a smoking room on the floor, and there is smoke all along the corridor, fortunately it does not drag into the room. I would like a welcome tea/coffee set. It's still three stars.

Hotel troika, corresponds to troika. There is parking for cars at the hotel. Good location, shops nearby, Georgian restaurant (I recommend it). We took two standard rooms. The room costs 4,000 Russian rubles. The rooms have everything you need: a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, mugs, glasses, towels. There are hygiene items in the bathroom, no bathrobes. The room is clean and cozy. The disadvantage is noise insulation, music from the cafe was playing until 24.00!!! The cafe was on the 2nd floor, the rooms were on the 5th.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, on Christmas Day. We didn't order any special requirements or exclusivity. An ordinary double room. No frills. From the comments, the TV was not working. It was freezing outside, so the old cast-iron batteries were heated properly, so an open window was useful. The hotel itself is large and in good condition. Rooms for every taste and budget. In the morning I liked the restaurant with an excellent breakfast. The hotel is located in the center, but close to the main routes to and from the city. Nearby there are shops and all the infrastructure for travelers.
