The staff is friendly, they will tell you all the points, the check-in is fast. The disadvantages are slightly tired furniture, especially chairs, and scary insulation on the kettle wire. Old TV, no cooler on the floor, questions for the shower door. There is a smoking room on the floor, and there is smoke all along the corridor, fortunately it does not drag into the room. I would like a welcome tea/coffee set. It's still three stars.

Nice, clean hotel in the center of Orsha. It's quite suitable to stay here for a couple of days. Our room was newly renovated, all plumbing was new and working properly. There is a cafe on the second floor where you can eat from 7 to 23. The prices are reasonable. The service is fast. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but that's not a problem. The only negative is a very strange elevator.. Since we lived on the 8th floor, we used it. It opened/closed with a terrible clang. The elevator was shaking all over, as if it was going to end.. In short, it was a little uncomfortable.. Otherwise, I can safely recommend the hotel. You won't regret it

I come to Belarus, we stay in this hotel in Orsha. The hotel is state - owned , slightly tired, and the Wi-Fi is bad. The rooms are 2-room suites , standard . Everything you need is there. A good cafe has been opened on the second floor, it is clean, modern , delicious, they hold various events there , birthdays, etc. Breakfasts are held there too. The hotel has a smoking room on the 4th floor, which is also convenient, no need to run outside. There is also a restaurant in the building nearby. The location is convenient, in the very center, deciding accessibility everywhere.
