The food in the restaurant is terrible. You can't call this place in the hotel a restaurant. Our grandmothers, setting the table, added greens to the dishes. That's horrible. Nightmare. It's not even a dining room. The level of the hotel itself is 2 stars maximum, although the staff does not seem to be bad sociable. We moved to a hostel not far from the sky and earth ice arena.

A very decent hotel stayed for one night. The room is spacious, two beds are shifted into one, the size is normal. In the room there is a microwave refrigerator, a kettle, cups, cups of coffee, tea bags, sugar. Shower cubicle toilet sink . Slippers. The bed linen seemed to be washed. I recommend this hotel. We didn 't take breakfast, so I can't say anything about the cafe .

There is no parking lot guarded by a security guard, but it is under video surveillance. I took off a star for dust with fluff on the floor and a terribly bouncy incomprehensible elevator. We stayed in a suite. Very old renovation and furniture. There is a kettle, mugs in the room, chocolate, biscuits, beer in the mini-bar, but no water or tea. Some kind of ancient, not even a white robe hung in the closet. The breakfast is just terrible! Fried sausage- I haven't seen such game for a long time! The menu is also left over from the 80s. There is not even paper and towels in the toilet near the cafe, the floor is dirty!

Гостиница обладает большим потенциалом. Но и в нынешнем её состоянии было приятно окунуться в советскую обстановку. Персонал отзывчивый, еда прекрасная, чистенько. Не понял одного: номер для двоих стоит дешевле, чем на одного. В сингле и доп. одеяло и холодильник, да и по размерам он больше. Мало информации о номерах перед заказом. Побывал во всяких отелях, здесь менеджмент хромает. Причины понятны.

We got into the hotel by accident, checked in after 22.00, only economy class rooms remained. The room is cool, although the heating is working. The linen and towels are shabby, but clean. The watering can holder in the shower falls out. I was surprised by breakfast - after we chose the dishes on the menu, we were told that there were no eggs, which surprised us because at the next table a man was eating fried eggs. I immediately remembered the joke about eggs and butter. And so, in general, they were fed normally: porridge, pancakes with different fillings, sausages and coffee were quite nothing.

Останавливались в гостинице Орша на 2 ночи. В целом всё неплохо, цена приемлемая, расположение удобное. Персонал приветливый, вкусная еда в кафе Гурман. Номера старенькие, из окон дует, шумоизоляция плохая, но при этом всё достаточно чисто. Рекомендую для тех кому нужно остановиться на сутки.

Отель мне понравился. Снимал 1 местный номер. Номер не большой но всё хорошо. Даже в номере есть чайник,что приятно удивило. Ещё у них первые сутки отсчёт времени идёт с момента заезда,то есть я заехал в 18.00 и выехать на следующий день я могу до 18.00. а дальше идёт как везде до 12.00 выезд из номера. Очень приятная фишка. Так как мне надо было всего на сутки. Правда старенькая мебель ,старые телевизоры но меня это не напрягло.в номере было чисто.

Жила в двухместном номере, чисто , относительно нормально.
Доброжелательный персонал, вкусная кухня в ресторане.
Один минус ОЧЕНЬ ХОЛОДНО в номере( приезжала зимой) батареи включали на полную , но стены ледяные, спала
Мой совет брать тапочки и тёплую одежду, чтоб спать (особенно детям) тонкие одеяла и плед не спасали вообще. Гостиница имеет 3 заезды, находится недалеко от жд вокзала.

Неплохой отель. Персонал замечательный. Самый простой интерьер, проблемы с водой и с работой горничной (недомыто и номер на двоих, один стакан для воды), чайник сильно нагревается!!! Отличный ресторан, меню широкое, персонал чудесный, очень вкусно! Если больше негде, то можно переночевать, но лучше только покушать зайти.

Гостиницей "Орша" очень довольна. Каждый год в ней останавливаюсь. Номера уютные, чистые. Полотенца, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, чайник, холодильник - всё в номере есть. На втором этаже есть кафе, в котором можно позавтракать и поужинать. В центре города.

Были в Орше с 23.02. по 26.02. Персонал замечательный, в номерах чистенько и тепло, питались в кафе гостиницы, где нам все понравилось! Всем большое спасибо ! Обязательно приедем опять !

We stopped by on December 29th. Of the advantages: being in the city center, shops, banks are all nearby.
Of the cons: the rooms are not cleaned, from the word at all. The dust flies in clumps. Tver is streaked. There are no towels. There is no hair dryer. The TV remote control does not work. I can't get through to the reception.
It's good that we only came to spend the night.

Гостиница понравилась. Все самое необходимое имеется. Жил в гостинице неделю. Персонал доброжелательный, всегда можно к ним обратиться и решить возникшую проблему. Так, например, в первый день моего приезда выяснилось, что в моем номере забита труба в умывальнике. Обратился к горничной и в этот же день пришёл сантехник и все исправил. В моем номере не было фена и, когда он был мне нужен, мне его выдавали в гостинице бесплатно. Вода в душе и умывальнике, что горячая, что холодная - идет с хорошим напором. Каждый день выдавали новый кусочек мыла. Wi-Fi бесплатный и с хорошей скоростью, настроил его в первый же день и пользовался весь период проживания в гостинице. На втором этаже гостиницы работает кафе "Гурман", готовят хорошо, ассортимент ограничен, но всегда можно и позавтракать, и пообедать, и поужинать, голодным не останетесь. Цены в городских кафе дешевле, чем в кафе при гостинице. Расположена гостиница рядом с главными достопримечательностями Орши, но от ж/д вокзала Орши далековато. Много маршруток. От ж/д вокзала в гостиницу ездил на маршрутках, а от гостиницы до ж/д вокзала ездил на такси (заказывал через приложение в смартфоне Яндекс Go).
